One Central Process: XIME Bangalore follows a centralised placement process, meaning all eligible students from the Bangalore, Chennai, and Kochi campuses go through the same set of placement steps. This ensures consistency and fairness across all Campuses.
Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs): Companies begin by conducting Pre-Placement Talks. These are sessions where recruiters introduce their company, the job roles, expectations, and salary packages to the students. It helps students understand the company and role before applying
Placement Week and Slot Allocation: During the official Placement Week, companies participate by registering with the XIME Placement Cell. Companies specify available dates for PPTs and interviews.
XIME then assigns each company a specific day and slot for its recruitment process. This assignment is based on factors such as brand reputation, job profile, salary offered, number of positions, past relationship with XIME, and student feedback
Application by Students: Interested students apply to the companies through the Placement Committee. The process is coordinated centrally—students submit their preferences, and the committee facilitates the matching with recruiters
Interviews and Offers: Companies conduct their interviews according to the scheduled slots.Some companies may offer Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) if they are impressed with a candidate’s profile. These must also go through the Placement Cell for processing

B-School of great choice in Bangalore

Placement Experience:

The placements are good. The college has totally 6 semesters and after the 4th semester the students are eligible to attend the placements. The students need a minimum of 4.8/8.00 CGGA to sit in the placements The companies which visit here are - EY, KPMG, Mindsprint, Lowe's, Accenture, Tata Power, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Sabre, Oxane, Well's Fargo. The highest package was from Lowe's and the package was 23.7 LPA and the role was Product manager, it was offered for people from engineering background and with 2 years of experience. The average package here is 10.5LPA and most of the companies come for this range. The percentage of students getting placed is close to 95% as some of them don't clear the eligibility and some don't get placement event with good CGPA. Plans after getting degree is to join work and continue to learn

Placement and Internship Opportunities provided by the college.

Placement Experience:

It is mandatory for students to do 2 month internship at the end of first year around the month of May and June. Some of the students will get PPO from their internship companies itself. The official placement season starts from the October month of the 2nd year. KPMG, EY, Infosys, Accenture are some of the top companies that came to the placements this year and the placements are still going on. The Highest Package as of now is 23 LPA given by Lowe's India. and the Average package is around 10 LPA.

We have a tri-semester system. A total of six semesters in two years. The students become eligible for placements right after the completion of 4 semesters. The only criterion for placements is to maintain an aggregate of 4.8 /8 cgpa. our highest package this year has been 22 Lakh. We get all big companies including the Big 4 come to campus and recruit. We get offers for profiles of Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR. We have had a record of 100% placement every year and it has been consistent for the last decade that we increase the average package offered to our students every year. I am in my 5 semesters and am already placed in EY, and we have already had 85% of our students placed.
