- First, you need to get an NC or FIR.
- Then, Make an INR 100 Notary affidavit.
- Keep 2 xerox copies of your mark sheet ready.

- You need to keep the date of the convocation and the Convocation (Degree) Certificate number.
- Go to the university and get a gate pass from the security and stand in queue at counter number 2.

- You will be given 4 challans and a form and asked to go Floor 1 Room no. 24.
