ITM GOI is the better option among these for CSE. It offers better academics, placements, and campus life. As per the recent highlights, ITM GOI placements have an average CTC of around INR 5-6 LPA. Recruiters such as Infosys, Byju’s, TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc. take part in the campus placements. The placement rate for the institute is around 90%.

Among these two, NIT Raipur will be a better choice. Here is some insight about the institutes.
Here are the recent placement statistics for the courses mentioned in the question.
|

NIT Raipur B.Arch |

Hence, choosing NIT Raipur over VIT Bhopal will be a very good choice as it is a much better college and it will help you to shape your career and future.
A few of my friends are pursuing CSE at Amrita University and here are some tips according to their experience -
Considering many reviews that Amrita University is not up to the mark, it is suggested to drop one year and prepare well so that you can get a good seat at NIT at least.
You can try BITSAT as well. But don’t spoil your future by going into any college, which you will regret throughout your life.
| Categories | ECE at VIT | CSE at Amrita University |
| Course Fee | 7.83 lakh | 13.10 lakh |
| Highest CTC | 21 LPA | 25 LPA |
| Average CTC | 5 LPA | 4.8 LPA |
| Recruiting Companies | Infosys, Byju’s, Capgemini, Oracle, etc. | Wipro, TCS, Dell, HCL, etc. |
However, make the right choice. It is suggested you opt for better colleges and drop out and prepare for the exams this year. So that there will be a chance of getting into a better college.
It is suggested that you choose the institute that is in close proximity to your location, since both the institutes are rather tier-3 Indian Engineering Colleges.
In any case, nobody can apparently have access to the actual placement report of either institute because most of them generally spike their records for unjust purposes. Yet, here is a detailed placement statistics, as is claimed by the institutes in general.
| Categories | Goa Engineering College | NIT, Goa |
| Highest Salary package | INR. 12 LPA | INR. 15.9 LPA |

Indian students generally should enroll at colleges near to their residence. And later start to impel the administration to offer basic amenities, if any missing, thereby gradually incrementing the possibility of them obtaining industry relevant skills. Your placements and overall college life has to provide you with the necessary facilities, only then you can grow as an individual.
NL Dalmia has a specific focus on finance, which makes it a good option for candidates looking to specialize in finance. On the other hand, PUMBA offers a more general management education with a focus on practical learning and industry exposure.
BIMTECH, Greater Noida offers a good curriculum with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship. The institute has a strong industry connection and offers a variety of electives to choose from. However, its ranking is lower than NL Dalmia and PUMBA.Although IIT Jammu is fairly new, it offers wonderful opportunities in terms of internships, project-based work, full-time jobs, and placements.
Curriculum:
Since the administration is under IIT Delhi, the entire curriculum and structure are designed by the institute.
Faculty:
Laboratories:
The institute offers fully-functional and well-designed practical labs for main courses in Electrical Engineering such as Control and Power systems, Analog and Electrical Machines.

Projects:
Therefore, IIT Jammu is a great place for a program in EE.
Seeing your interest in both branches, IIEST has a wide scope of diverse cultures and you will find many students from all over the nation.
IIEST Shibpur offers great exposure in terms of academics as well as extra-curricular activities along with the interactive clubs and fun happening fests. It comes under the Government of India and is one of the NIT.
However, Aerospace Engineering is not a trending branch anymore and it was in the limelight a decade ago. To open up more opportunities, you will be required to pursue a Master’s or prepare for the competitive exams to get a decent job.
ECE at Heritage Institute is more prominent but being a private college, it is not up to the mark as compared to Aerospace Engineering. The placement opportunities at HIT are not good. Therefore, all you can do is to opt for IIEST, get a decent aggregate, and change the branch from Aerospace to ECE in the second year.
I have friends pursuing courses you mentioned above at either institute. Based on the discussion I have with them, here is what should be best for you,
However, the fees at BITS Goa are quite a lot.
IMT Ghaziabad and IIM Kashipur are among the top Indian B-schools, however, their programs, job possibilities, and fees differ.
IMT Ghaziabad provides two-year full-time MBA, PGDM Executive, and PGDM Dual Country programs. IIM Kashipur provides a two-year full-time MBA, Business Analytics and an FPM doctorate program.
Both institutes IMT Ghaziabad and IIM Kashipur have strong placement records. IIM Kashipur is newer than IMT Ghaziabad.
Following are the placements and fee structure highlights for both B-schools:
IMT Ghaziabad charges more than IIM Kashipur. IMT Ghaziabad charges INR 19 lakhs for its MBA program, whereas IIM Kashipur charges INR 18 lakhs. Both institutions give qualified students grants and financial help.
