Which college is better, Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow or ITM GOI, Gwalior for CSE??
ITM GOI is the better option among these for CSE. It offers better academics, placements, and campus life. As per the recent highlights, ITM GOI placements have an average CTC of around INR 5-6 LPA. What should I choose, CSE at VIIT Pune or E&TC at PICT Pune?
Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology(VIIT) is an autonomous institute affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The institute is accredited by the NAAC with an “A” grade. Pune Institute of Computer Technology is a private institute and affiliated to SPPU, Pune.

PICT: The college is built over a 5-acre campus and has standard facilities such as Wi-FI, library, laboratories, and hostels.
Placements
VIIT: Companies such as Cognizant, Infosys, and L&T visit the campus for E&TC placements. The placement package ranges for the course from 2.4 LPA to 15 LPA.
PICT: E&TC has a placement rate of 70%. Companies such as IBM and Capgemini come for placements. The placement package offered for E&TC varies from 3 LPA to 8 LPA.
CSE and E&TC are very different as a course. You should choose the course you are more passionate about and the college according to that.
Which is better, a B.Arch from NIT Raipur or CSE from VIT Bhopal?
Among these two, NIT Raipur will be a better choice. Here is some insight about the institutes.
- VIT Bhopal: In recent years, admissions in VIT were open for VIT rank > 1 Lakh, and even after that, the seats remained empty. As this is a new institute the infrastructure and faculty base is not that strong. It lacks good infrastructural facilities. There is no alumni network.
- NIT Raipur: On the other hand, NIT Raipur is one of the most popular colleges in our country and you will have good faculty there. The only concern is your choice of branch. Choose B.Arch only if you are truly interested in Architecture.

Curriculum:

Faculty:

Which one should I choose, Aerospace at IIEST or ECE at Heritage Institute of Technology, given that I'm interested in both?
Seeing your interest in both branches, IIEST has a wide scope of diverse cultures and you will find many students from all over the nation.
IIEST Shibpur offers great exposure in terms of academics as well as extra-curricular activities along with the interactive clubs and fun happening fests. It comes under the Government of India and is one of the NIT.
However, Aerospace Engineering is not a trending branch anymore and it was in the limelight a decade ago. To open up more opportunities, you will be required to pursue a Master’s or prepare for the competitive exams to get a decent job.
ECE at Heritage Institute is more prominent but being a private college, it is not up to the mark as compared to Aerospace Engineering. The placement opportunities at HIT are not good. Therefore, all you can do is to opt for IIEST, get a decent aggregate, and change the branch from Aerospace to ECE in the second year.
Which is better ICE at Nit Trichy or bits Goa msc mathematics?
I have friends pursuing courses you mentioned above at either institute. Based on the discussion I have with them, here is what should be best for you,
- The institutes can be considered quite equivalent to one another, but BITS Goa has an upper hand.
- M.Sc at BITS Goa can be specialized following the first year, during which you will be allocated a B.E course depending upon your CGPA.
- With a 6 CGPA, you can get Mechanical Engineering, which is quite an easy job. In contrast, it is better than ICE.
- However, if your scores are high enough then you might get a seat in CSE.
- By the end of 5 years, you will be receiving a B.E and an M.Sc degree, which is nonetheless a smarter choice.
However, the fees at BITS Goa are quite a lot.
