IES Masters
- IES Masters has been producing remarkable results since its inception. It has both full-time classes for candidates and also weekend classes for working professionals.
- The fee structure of regular classroom programs (ESE+GATE+PSU) for civil, mechanical, electrical, and electronics branches are Rs. 91,500.
The admissions are done on a regular basis and the students are also provided with login credentials for classroom tests, resource materials that are available on their website.

What is it like to attend Miranda House College at the University of Delhi?
Initially, girls don’t feel good studying in an all-girls college especially the ones who have previously studied in a girls school but then after some time, they get an idea of how good the college is.
Miranda College itself is such an opportunity to speak up, putting the opinions forward, and deal with the situation.
The hostel life is amazing. People would go on the terrace and enjoy their hostel life. There are many incidents such as pouring cold water on someone who is getting ready or making Maggi using emulsion rods in plastic buckets. There used to be a rush entering into the hostel seconds before the curfew time.
The faculty at Miranda college is best, friendly, and interactive. They will guide a student whenever required and will be a helping hand in difficult times. There were girls every time in the hostel be it day or night. No one can feel lonely there.
It's a good college and there are many things one can learn there. So, all the best for your future.
What advice would you give to a fresher at IIT Kharagpur?
Every person will have a different opinion on what advice work best for freshers. Instead of giving you a list of things to follow, I will suggest you just focus on 3 key points
- Maintain your academics: The primary focus should be your academics and staying at the top of your class. Don’t let your CGP fall below 8 throughout your life at KGP.
- Learn new things: This does not include just DC++, Counter-Strike, or FIFA. Explore new things such as workshops, society interviews, and sports, or take part in different inter-halls.
- Make friends: Surviving in an IIT can be much easier with the right set of friends. To interact with your hostel buddies and make new friends that will stay with you for the rest of your life.
Overall, you need a highly positive mindset before joining IIT. You need to be passionate about things and be ready to work hard and achieve them.
How is IIIT Ranchi?
The answer may seem a little bit biased, but everything written in the following is my friend's personal experience.
He was in the batch of 2018 in the CS Department. His JEE Main rank was 28 (AIR), and he selected this institute as there were no other options like IITs or top NITs.
It was completely unbelievable to him as the institute was recently established. Within just 2 years, it became so developed; however, everything happened due to NIT Jamshedpur's mentorship.
This institute did not have any discrimination; rather, you will get the opportunity to sit in the NIT Jamshedpur placement process. It is no doubt a great prospect for the students of this institute.
There was a break up for IIIT, and within the next 2 years, as my friend told me, it might become low.
Additionally, this institute's official strength is approximately 120-180, which considers the best for this new institute. It is also a great achievement for this institute.
Should I join IIIT Ranchi?

Is IIT-BHU better than IIT Indore?
Yes, IIT BHU is better than IIT Indore in terms of infrastructure, alumni base, research exposure.
- At IIT BHU, old departments like Mechanical, etc. have old machines and lab equipment. But departments like CSE, Mathematics have new buildings, computers, etc.
- IIT BHU also has the advantage of a larger alumni network.
- It offers marginally better placement opportunities in core branches.
- The research culture is quite active on campus, especially for different fields of CSE like Machine Learning, Computer Vision, etc.
- The faculty base of IIT BHU is good, similar to any other old IITs.
Can one clear AIIMS Delhi within 1 year of preparation?
Yes, it’s possible to clear AIIMS Delhi with only one year of preparation. Usually, students take 2 years to prepare but there are many who have done it in one. If you put in the required effort, it’s possible.
You should adopt a target-based preparation strategy. Take a chapter and keep on giving tests until you score at least 90% in it. Once done, move on to the next chapter. Make daily, weekly, and monthly preparation plans.
Is NICMAR an institute worth joining?
NICMAR is an excellent institution. It has a solid reputation in the construction business. There is a good reason for that.
NICMAR gives you many chances to grow. The campus has all modern amenities and is good enough. Classrooms, labs, and libraries are all well-organized and have all the supplies they need. NICMAR faculty are highly trained and have a lot of experience. The rooms in the hostel are clean and organized, and each student has one. The average placement is 5.8 to 6.5 LPA. NICMAR has a diverse culture.
What are the total fees for an MTech in IIT Bombay?
Admission to MTech students is given under 3 categories at IIT Bombay.

Teaching Assistantship
The fees for the first semester is higher than that of other semesters. The estimate is around 50-60k and includes everything; tuition, hostel, and mess. The table below shows the IIT Bombay MTech fees structure (2022) for the first semester only

Second and third-semester fees are comparatively lower but the final semester fees rise again mainly due to placement fees and convocation fees.
Hostel Fees: IIT Bombay hostel fee is INR 34,050 which includes Mess caution money, Hostel seat rent, Electricity & water charges, and Mess advance. Thus the total MTech fees remain anywhere between INR 180000 to INR 200000.
If you think this fee is high then here is an important piece of information for you.
TA students get a stipend of around INR 12,400 every month i.e INR 74,400 per semester, which is much better than per semester fee. In 2 years, the student gets roughly INR 2,88,000.
Research Assistantship: Fees for the RA category are different. The duration of MTech for RA students is 3 years and they also get a stipend.
Sponsored category: The fees for these students are the highest and they do not get any stipend as they are sponsored by a company.
Is a Phd from IGNOU worth it/valuable?
Recently, UGC stated that only Full-time Phd courses will be Valid and distance PhD is no more valid. The new full-time Ph.D. course will be delivered through the New Delhi main Campus of IGNOU.
