What should I choose, AIIMS Jodhpur or JIPMER Karaikal?
AIIMS Jodhpur and JIPMER Karaikal are the best institutes in medical sciences. You can prioritize AIIMS Jodhpur over JIPMER for many reasons, they are
- JIPMER Karaikal is situated in a remote area while AIIMS Bhopal has easy access as it is established in a city.
- AIIMS has a history of 5 years and has a good alumni network. The alumni are essential for proper guidance on your journey as a medical student. JIPMER is established recently as it is in the embryo stage. The advancement process is ongoing.
- JIPMER does not have a hospital for itself. The students need to practice in temporary hospital facilities, which is a tiring task for medical students. The patients also prefer another hospital over JIPMER due to the lack of effective treatment.
- AIIMS offers the best hostel facilities while JIPMER has poor infrastructure and hostel facilities.
What should be my choice between AIIMS Bhubaneswar AIIMS Jodhpur AIIMS Raipur AIIMS Rishikesh?
All of these AIIMS are on equal levels with one another. Infrastructure, faculty, and facilities are remarkably similar, so don't undercut any of them. So, excluding these, make your decision based on personal factors.
Remember that it is a common misconception that Raipur is unsafe and least developed. AIIMS Raipur is a wonderful institute that none of you regret attending. They have also achieved some outstanding results in PG. So give it some thought and join any of the institutes you want.
Is it worth taking AIIMS Jodhpur or AIIMS Rishikesh in the second counseling, if I am allotted AIIMS RAIPUR in the first counseling? My domicile is Andhra Pradesh.
Given your location, AIIMS Raipur may be the best option for you. Students should not believe that any of the 2012 AIIMS is superior to the others. The primary issue arises when people begin comparing AIIMS colleges based on the last rank attained. But it's a little indecisive.
Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Odisha are the northern states with the highest number of NEET and AIIMS admissions. As a result, students tend to select AIIMS near them, which has a large gap between the last ranks.

Should I prefer ABVIMS and Dr. RML above AIIMS Jodhpur and PGIMS Rohtak?
As a student of ABVIMS, I find myself eligible to answer this question.
- PGIMS Rohtak- It has a very big campus and top-notch infrastructure. The college is well established. However, the location has comparatively less to offer.
- AIIMS Jodhpur- It offers the AIIMS tag. However, the location isn’t comparable to Delhi. Moreover, it isn’t on par with Delhi colleges. Getting a PG seat over here is difficult.
- ABVIMS and Dr. RMLH:
- ABVIMS is located in central Delhi (CP), so all the facilities are easily available.ABVIMS and Dr. RMLH is a brand of its own.
- The hospital is big in size, old, and very well-recognized. It is more famous and better than the hospitals of BSA, NDMC, UCMS, PGIMS Rohtak, AIIMS Jodhpur, and even MAMC.
- It falls under GGSIPU, so getting a PG seat is much easier than the other two.
- The infrastructure contains two new LTs, full-fledged laboratories, a sports complex, two super specialty blocks, etc.
- The faculty is picked from VMMC, MAMC, KGMU, LHMC, and ABVIMS itself.
- The PG and SS courses are better than those at VMMC, UCMS, LHMC, and even MAMC in some branches.
AIIMS Delhi or AIIMS Jodhpur would be the best for MBBS?
AIIMS Delhi clearly stands out for MBBS compared to AIIMS Jodhpur, especially when it comes to placements and internships. At AIIMS Delhi, the internship experience starts in the 5th year and provides vast clinical exposure with a stipend of around 30,000, which is among the highest in the country. How are the placements at AIIMS Jodhpur?
there is no such campus placements except one or two organizations recruiting via online interviews like NHSRC delhi etc, employbility include entry level to senior roles in public health domain. the percentage of students getting placed on campus is very low, we have to go for different walk in interviews after obtaining the degree. i suggest to apply for govt organizations first
How is the faculty at AIIMS Jodhpur?
the institute has state of the art faculty with immense experience of all the core concepts, they accompany us to our field visits to demonstrate the real life solutions of everyday public health problems, the course structure was 4 semesters of 6 months each at the end of each semester there is an exam, after the final semester their is an exit exam which is required to complete the degree. each semester is 50 marks each(except the final sem which is 100 marks) and exit exam is 125*2=250(for theroy), and 250 for practical.
How is the campus life at AIIMS Jodhpur?
the annual fest AURA and the sports fest TEJAS is the most amazing experience i felt there with different celebrities peforming on campus, with different institutions joining for the fest. there is intra and inter institutes games. AURA typically held in feb or march and TEJAS in september or October. library provide free access to myloft, clinical key, grammerly etc, digital classrooms are available, TT club, music club and different activity based clubs are present
How are the hostels at AIIMS Jodhpur?
one table, chair , almirah and single bed is provided with free hostel accomodation, and no restrictions on timings for PG students. the meal quality was decent but a bit spicy(views are personal). the registration process is very simple, we just have to ask the provost and asst provost of the hostel. the hostel is an abode of beautiful memories for us
