Whatever the exam must be of the IBPS category, one must ensure to attempt 75-80 questions with an accuracy of over 95% to guarantee a score above cut-off. The IBPS exam is a test of speed and accuracy under the pressure circumstances and hence, usually the cut-off stands between 60 and 75 marks.
The IBPS SO IT prelims cutoff for 2020 is listed in the table below:

The sectional cut-offs of the following include:
The total or maximum marks of General Awareness and Reasoning are 50 each while English is 25.
Cut-off marks are decided taking into consideration the level of difficulty of the exam, the total number of candidates appearing, number of vacancies and the previous year cut-offs. While preparing one must try to achieve scores greater than the previous year cut-off to be on the safe side.
You should focus on your JEE Main preparation. Don’t worry about the required cutoff. Try to score 99 percentile, that way you can choose any branch that you like. If you are a student from Goa origin then 98 percentile is enough to get top branches.
Here is the 2021 cutoff for various branches.
| B.Tech branches | General | |
| Home State | Outside State | |
| Civil Engineering | 87610 | 31362-35494 |
| Computer Science and Engineering | 14581 | 7420-10323 |
| Electrical & Electronics Engineering | 73349 | 19728-21121 |

| Mechanical Engineering | 82553 - 83783 | 23542 - 26295 |
This should give you some ideas about the required cutoff for NIT Goa.
Since you haven’t mentioned your category, I will be mentioning HBTU Cutoff 2022 for the general category only.

To be frank enough, your rank 4687 is quite a pretty decent rank. You should have gotten into these colleges in the beginning rounds itself.
If you have not filled these colleges as per your preferences and are now going to a special round, Then it solely depends on the vacancy of that particular seat.
But surely if there is any sort of vacancy, then with such a decent rank you will get a seat there.
All the listed institutes are not the same and are quite different from each other. Some of them are government colleges while others are private. This causes a major difference in them when comparing them amongst themselves. However according to my best opinion
The first two institutes really are very good and can be considered as the best in this list. UIT is better than JEC on the grounds of exposure and location. Bhopal is a better city and it has plenty of industry exposure as compared to JEC.
IPS, Acropolis, Madhav are private institutes both are situated in Indore so they have good infrastructure.
The GATE score to get admission in NITIE is not a topic to disclose publicly but for an idea, a student from the general category got admission in the NITIE Mumbai.
He has attained an IE in the first round. The cut-off back then was around 760+.
Now a student with the above data can calculate his/her chances of getting admission to the Institute. It's better to set a target according to last year's cut-off and prepare accordingly.
My cousin studies at MAIT. He was a Delhiite and easily got through to the IT program. If your rank is 6,000 and you want IT or ECE, you need to sure about the following:
Both branches are good and the faculty for IT and ECE at MAIT is also excellent. The placements in these departments depend upon the amount of hard work you put in. However, the placement rate is almost always near 100.
Although, there are no safe and sure predictions for this because if luck favors you, they might even get ECE in the MAIT in spot counseling.
But with your rank, you can easily get into BVP or MSIT, so keep your options open and keep working towards it because overall in my estimation, the spot round will see you through.
One of my friends is a student of XLRI. It is a very famous business school which is located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. They offer various management programs like HR, BM, Analytics, PGDM etc.
Here are the cut off marks of XLRI for 2022 -

Hence, these are the cut-off marks for both BM and HRM of XLRI and you must prepare very hard and try to score more than the cut-off marks so that you can successfully get admission to this college.
Given your rank, you have the slightest chance of securing a seat in IT eventually until it is the last round of counseling.
Here is a detailed analysis of the cut off followed previously by IET Lucknow for the OBC category:
| Courses | Cut Off (OBC Category) |
| B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) | 357 - 495 |
| B.Tech in Information Technology (IT) | 724 - 941 |
| B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE) | 1545 - 1690 |
The only condition to this is that you have to belong in the top 5% of the branch. On the other hand, IT still is not a bad choice to go for.
With this rank, you might or might not get CSE in IET Lucknow, but you still have your options open regarding choosing from a pool of other branches.
Your admission to NIT Sikkim with the AIR of 63621 will depend on your domicile. If you are from Sikkim, then you can easily get into any branch of your choice irrespective of your category.
If you are from outside Sikkim, then it will depend on your category. General category or UR category students might find it difficult to secure a seat in any of the branches. OBC candidates should get the branch of his/her choice except maybe CSE. SC and ST candidates should get the branch of their choice. Here is the required cutoff for NIT Sikkim in recent years.
