KLE Technological University, also known as Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering & Technology is a private university recognized by UGC and AICTE. NIRF 2020 has ranked the institute 151 overall.

K.L.S Gogte Institute of Technology is an autonomous affiliated Indian engineering college in Belgaum, Karnataka. It has been bestowed with the Excellent Technical Education Institute in Karnataka award at the August 9, 2014, National Karnataka Education Summit. It is also ranked 19 for Architecture by India Today 2020.

Admission:

KLE Technological University-

• In order to be eligible for admission to B.Arch at KLE Technological University students are required to have a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.

• For admission into B. Arch, students will have to appear for the NATA entrance test and secure at least 40% marks.

KLS GIT Belgaum-

• For BArch, candidates must pass in 2nd PUC or 12th or equivalent with Mathematics as a subject and obtain a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

• BArch admission is done through NATA.

Teaching-Learning Process:

• In the KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, study tours to places of architectural significance in India are conducted during the 3rd and 5th semester holidays. BNCA offers fewer placements or internships as compared to BVP. They offer 25% placements. Whereas, BVP gives certain adequate opportunities in internships and freshman jobs.

• BNCA offers international packages at places like Dubai, California with established recruiters like Long Beach, Gera Associates, and Stubs & Rich associates.

Architecture being a specialized domain, generally is preferred in colleges that only offer architectural courses. Keeping that in mind BNCA will surely qualify as a good choice. It also has better facilities in terms of infrastructural & professional competence offered in generic terms.
