Studies MBA (Business Analytics) at IIM Ahmedabad, 2023

It is recommended that you opt for an institute based upon its Affiliations, Accreditations, Placements, and Extra-curricular activities. Since one of my friends is a student at IITM Janakpuri, here is what she says about the institute as a whole,

  1. IITM Janakpuri has been developing at a steady pace ever since its establishment, in terms of its academic quality, and the number of students.
  2. In fact, IITM Janakpuri has been accredited grade “A” by NAAC. Moreover, the institute is affiliated with IPU Delhi and is simultaneously also approved by AICTE.
  3. The major upside is that students from IITM Janakpuri secure placement offer from several top-ranked firms around the world, including Jaro Education, HDFC, RBS, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, etc with reasonable salary packages.
  4. Moreover, the institute will encourage you to take part in various inter and intra college Extracurricular activities as well.

Having said that, every institute encourages 10% of the total number of seats through the management quota.

Is choosing DTU BBA/BMS over NSUT BBA/BMS a good decision? Is BBA/BMS in DTU worth the fees

I
InvisibleHeron Posted On : April 18th, 2026

In my research, I found that DTU's BBA program, with fees around Rs. 3,00,000, offers decent placement opportunities with a 30-35% placement rate and top companies like PWC and Deloitte recruiting. However, the average package of Rs. 6.5 LPA and the fact that many students pursue higher education might not justify the investment for everyone. On the other hand, while NSUT BBA also offers solid learning experiences, the specific data on placements and fees isn’t as clear, which makes it hard to gauge ROI.

If you want a vibrant campus life with a reputed institution, DTU could be worth the fees, but if you're looking for a more straightforward financial choice and possibly lower costs, NSUT might be the safer bet. Ultimately, go for DTU if you value the brand and campus culture, but consider NSUT if you want a more cautious financial approach.

How do the placements really compare between LPU BBA and Parul University BBA Human Resource Management?

K
KookyKangaroo Posted On : April 17th, 2026

Don't even consider doing BBA at Parul University. You'll waste 3 precious years!

  • Placements are practically non-existent. No one gets placed from this college.
  • They've started increasing the batch size just for money.
  • Except for 2-3 faculty members, the rest lack the skills to teach effectively.

Choose wisely!

Which one should I opt for LPU BBA or Chandigarh University BBA (Hons.) Business Analytics

Q
QuietQuahog Posted On : April 15th, 2026

There are many universities that offer quality education. However, I would like to share my experience with a university that stands out for its commitment to student success and excellent placements. Between Chandigarh University and Lovely Professional University (LPU), I would always choose LPU. I completed my BBA there, and my experience has been phenomenal.

Let me highlight some aspects of Lovely Professional University based on my experience and feedback from students who have taken admission there.

When choosing a university, consider these key factors:

  • Desired branch with good infrastructure
  • Placement opportunities
  • Academic quality
  • Faculty support

If you are looking for industry-oriented academics, a practical-based curriculum, a professional corporate culture during college life, and better placement opportunities with Fortune companies, then Lovely Professional University is definitely worth considering. The Mittal School of Business at LPU is one of India's leading business schools, renowned for its innovative teaching methods and strong academic-industry connections.

Which one should I opt for DTU BBA or IGDTUW BBA

A
AgileAnchovy Posted On : April 15th, 2026

Considering fees and ROI, DTU BBA and IGDTUW BBA have their pros and cons. DTU BBA's fee is around Rs. 3,00,000, with placements offering an average package of Rs. 6.5 LPA and a 30-35% placement rate, which is decent but not stellar. IGDTUW BBA, while not detailed here, likely has a similar fee structure; however, it might offer better placement opportunities or a stronger faculty presence, which could enhance your learning experience.

If you seek a lively campus with good fests and networking opportunities, DTU could be more appealing, but if you're focused on a better return on investment and possibly more robust placements, consider IGDTUW BBA. Ultimately, if you prioritize campus life and fests, go with DTU; if you want a potentially stronger academic outcome and ROI, IGDTUW might be the smarter choice.

Should I go for BBA in DTU or BBA in IGDTUW?

G
GroovyGoldfish Posted On : April 15th, 2026

DTU and IGDTUW both have their strengths, but when it comes to placements and internships, DTU seems to have a slight edge. With a placement rate of around 30-35% and top recruiters like PWC and Deloitte, DTU offers a decent average package of 6 LPA. In contrast, IGDTUW's placement data is less clear, making it hard to directly compare. Additionally, DTU's vibrant campus life and strong alumni network may provide better networking opportunities. If you're looking for better job prospects and a lively college experience, DTU might be the better choice. However, if you prefer a more focused academic environment and the chance to shape your own internships, IGDTUW could be a good fit.

Should I go for BBA in LPU or BBA (Hons.) Business Analytics in Chandigarh University?

M
MelancholyMidge Posted On : April 14th, 2026

I’ll be honest with you: there’s no such thing as a “good” or “bad” university. A student's experience at any university largely depends on their own adaptability and willingness to thrive in a dynamic, diverse environment.

That said, let’s compare the amenities and opportunities at the universities mentioned. From what I've gathered, Chandigarh University stands out for its modern and well-structured course plan. They actively collaborate with reputable companies for masterclasses, experiential learning, industrial visits, and more—this is crucial for courses like BBA, which demand practical experience and a deep understanding of the subject.

Chandigarh University is not just about academics; it also promotes participation in various large-scale extracurricular activities, university-level clubs, and societies. The university encourages students to engage in charity initiatives, donation drives, blood donation campaigns, etc., fostering a sense of responsibility and commitment to societal betterment.

Overall, I’d recommend Chandigarh University!

DTU or NSUT would be the best for BBA/BMS?

U
UnstableSwan Posted On : April 11th, 2026

DTU and NSUT both have their strengths, but I’d lean towards DTU for BBA/BMS. The campus life at DTU is vibrant, especially with its massive annual fest, Engifest, which creates an engaging atmosphere. In terms of faculty, DTU does have a decent faculty-to-student ratio with qualified professors, though many are guest lecturers. NSUT, while also good academically, seems to lack the same level of excitement and extracurricular activities. DTU's recruitment from top companies like PWC and Deloitte is a big plus, despite only about 30-35% of students getting placed. If you're looking for a lively college experience with solid networking opportunities, go for DTU. If you prefer a quieter, more academic focus, NSUT might be your pick.

The curriculum is holistic and the college keeps updating it to match with the current job requirements. Along with theory, they also teach you how to apply it outside of college. The curriculum of Xavier's is more advanced as compared to other colleges in Mumbai.
