The difficulty level mainly depends on the majors you want to get into. The acceptance rate of the PSU is 96% which means it is not hard to get into. The admission procedure also changes depending on if you’re applying for an undergraduate or graduate course. Some majors are easy to get into while some are hard to get in, usually the in-demand majors have a larger applicant pool so there is that. Completing the program is more difficult as compared to getting in. The best thing about the institution is that the professors want their students to excel and become successful. If you’re an international student, you’ll have to provide many additional things like TOEFL/IELTS scores and some other exam scores depending on your program.
The admission requirements are different for freshman admits and transfer admits. The only requirement is to meet the eligibility criteria for the major you are interested in. PhD programs are hard to qualify as they are only admitting the best applicants. You also need to meet the course-specific requirement for your majors like CS, School of Music, etc. For admissions in Music major the applicants should clear the audition round and for CS the applicants should gain minimum grades for mathematics and CS classes and meet GPA requirements.
| Acceptance rate | 96% |
| International students’ percentage | 6% |
| Students faculty ratio | 21:1 |
| Students retention rate | 74% |

You can apply to this university and expect to be accepted here as the university is not hard to get in if you meet all requirements.
KGMU has always been a very attractive option for medical aspirants.
It has a good infrastructure and reputation. It is considered as the best medical college in UP. I don’t have much idea about AIIMS Jodhpur, but it is considered the best after Delhi. Personally though, I consider AIIMS Rishikesh a better choice due to its pleasant location.
Recently, the UP government has passed a compulsory bond for UGs and PGs. It is a compulsory 2 years rural posting bond. This is a huge drawback in choosing KGMU Lucknow. The rural posting will be a difficult time, and you won’t learn much from it. There are safety concerns as well.
For your MBBS, you should choose between the two based on personal preference. But I would recommend you go for AIIMS Jodhpur.
You did not mention the course you need to get admission to BHU or which category you belong to, so it will be difficult to say if a 245 score in CUET is enough to get admission to BHU.
Here are the cutoffs of some UG programs to give you an idea of where your scores stand:

Graduation scores do carry a weightage during admissions at JBIMS but a very minor one. They are not the main criteria to focus on. CET is the most important factor that needs full attention. The candidate's profile is rated on various parameters.

CAT/MH-CET/ CMAT Score |

The institute also considers past academic records for computation of Application Rating Score(AR). The cutoff for PAR is as follows:
10th: 60% or above
12th: 60% or above
As you can see little or no weightage is given to Graduation scores. So don’t let your low marks dishearten and discourage you. Rather focus on your CAT/CET.
If your CET score expectation is less then you may not get admission in CS, but can get IT instead. You have to submit an Affidavit of Rs.100 confirming you belong to the Sindhi community. It should be notarized.

You have to wait till the 4th or 5th round to get admission in CS in Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
You can also apply for CS at Vivekanand college. Chances are high that you get CS there, as they have more seats in the CS department.
You will need to take NCHMCT JEE in order to get admission at IHM Pusa. It is the IHM joint entrance examination conducted by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
The examination duration is 3 hours. It consists of 200 MCQs and tests students based on their English, Reasoning, Maths, Scientific Aptitude, Service Aptitude, GK, and Current Affairs.
If you are a General Engineer Male, even with a perfect CAT score, getting into IIM Bangalore is nearly impossible. Your 12th-grade point average is low. Your UG grades are even worse. If you are not an engineer, you may have a chance with a high CAT percentile, but there is no guarantee.
IIMB looks for consistent and high academic performance throughout the 10th, 12th, and UG years.
Over the years, IIMB has discovered that students who perform well in the academic program typically have a consistently good academic record throughout their school, high school, and graduation levels, in addition to demonstrating sufficiently high aptitude as measured by the CAT (Common Admission Test of the IIMs)/GMAT. As a result, IIMB evaluates candidates' suitability for the PGP program using a variety of criteria, including academic performance in school, high school, and graduation programs, as well as CAT/GMAT scores.
