SPJIMR is better than IIM Indore in terms of academics, faculty, exposure, etc. The advantages of choosing SPJIMR are as follows. 

• The institute follows a unique pedagogy. SPJIMR stands out because of its experimental teaching methodology and outside-the-classroom learning experiences. There are some unique programs like DOCC, ADMAP, Abhyudaya, etc. which will help you get business-ready.
• SPJIMR batch size is smaller compared to IIM Indore. So, it’s easier for students to receive decent placement offers. SPJIMR placements 2022 had an average CTC of INR 30.10 LPA. 
• Students need to decide their specialization while applying at SPJIMR. As the specialization is predefined the courses are more streamlined according to the need of that specific industry. Students are better able to decide the company and job roles that want to have in the future. 

These factors make SPJIMR differ from IIM Indore. As for similarities, both IIM Indore and SPJIMR have the same range of course fees. The recruiting companies are almost similar for both. The peer group is excellent at IIM Indore and SPJIMR. 

Although both NIT Trichy and NIT Surathkal give constant edge to each other it’s NIT Trichy that has a slight advantage over the latter. However, the difference in the institutes is based on certain parameters.

Academics-wise, NIT Trichy is better as it attracts a better crowd of both students as well as recruiters. 

But when it comes to campus life, NIT Surathkal overtakes NIT Trichy easily. NIT Trichy faces a disadvantage due to its location and extremely hot climate while NIT Surathkal has a pleasant climate and a more relaxing campus life. They also have a private beach and the institute is in close proximity to Manipal and Mangalore. Although college life varies from person to person, the fact that you will be enjoying your life better at NIT Surathkal cannot be overlooked. NIT Trichy has a huge campus but the hot climate makes things worse here. 

In all, if you give more preference to academics choose NIT Trichy but if you value a good campus life equally then NIT Surathkal seems to be better for you.

AIIMS Rishikesh is a better option than SMS JAIPUR. Here is why you should choose AIIMS Rishikesh to SMS Jaipur

• Smaller batch size
• Low fee 
• Extremely cooperative professors in preclinical years. 
• You will also get an AIIMS quota for PG. 
• As for the patient inflow, it doesn't matter in UG so don’t let that mislead you to believe old colleges are better. 

Here is why you shouldn’t choose SMS Jaipur

• The professors in preclinical treat you ruthlessly bringing your morale to its lowest
• The academics are pathetic and you have to resort to self-study
• The hostel and campus facilities are lacking and old 
• Fees are higher than central institutes
• The batch size is huge 

All this brings us to the conclusion that AIIMS Rishikesh is a far better choice than SMS Jaipur.

Some reasons why you can consider IIFT over MDI are: 

1. Finance: IIFT is one of the few institutes in which most of the students go for finance as a major. Almost 50% of the batch are Finance majors. The campus is visited by Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Axis Bank which recruit in large numbers, to name a few.
2. Batch size: The small batch size at IIFT Delhi makes it a more probable choice than MDI Gurgaon. Comparing the placement reports one may infer that the statistics are almost similar except for IIFT having a slight advantage due to its stronger alumni base. 
3. Alumni base: For the last 59 years, IIFT Delhi has established a far richer and more established alumni network than MDI Gurgaon in comparison.
4. Accreditation: IIFT is under the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India which also audits its placement reports.
5. Entrepreneurship: As with other B-schools, IIFT promotes entrepreneurship among its students by teaching them about trades in addition to the standard course curriculum.

Many people I know chose IIFT over MDI Gurgaon and many did the opposite as well, after doing healthy research and a comparison of the two.

I think I am the right person to answer this question as I have worked with graduates from the aforementioned top B Schools in India and my brother was a student at ISB. With the combined experience and knowledge I have, I dare to comment that ISB is an overhyped B school in India. What makes it stand is its amazing infrastructure, founding members, and the whole Western-style education. However, if you look at its academic style, I don’t find it very appealing. It fails to prepare students well and does not meet the standards of the 4 IIMs (ABCL) and XLRI.

Placements-wise one can comment that ISB is a notch better than XLRI and FMS but it is on the same level as IIM Lucknow. 

Ultimately, the brand value of a business school is a matter of personal opinion and is subjective.

Yes, you should certainly consider changing to a Delhi School for DTU or NSIT. Like every state Delhi too has institutions where there is a reservation for Delhites. DTU and NSIT are among the top engineering colleges and the fact that both of them are situated in Delhi gives immense opportunities to the residents. 

Both DTU and NEIT are under the purview of the Government of National Capital Territory(NCT) of Delhi so they have an 85% reservation for students who do their schooling from Delhi.

So if you are a Delhite you have to compete with 85% of the batch which is easier than competing against 15% seats for remaining states. Here, you can get CS even with an average rank if you are a Delhite but it may be impossible if you are from another state. So yes, shift to Delhi and avail a plethora of opportunities!
