Does DTU provide 100% placement? What is the average salary of the current batch??

T
ToastTitan Posted On : April 3rd, 2026

Studying at DTU has its perks, but when it comes to placements, it’s not all rainbows. Only about 20-25% of students get placed, and the average salary is around 5 LPA, with the highest being 13 LPA. Companies like Samagra and WTW are visiting, but I feel like competition is tough. I’m planning to pursue an MBA after my degree, which seems like a good option given the placement stats. Just make sure you’re prepared for the job hunt!

Is it worth doing a MBA Business Analytics from DTU or not? What are its placement records and whats your experience with this college so far?

S
SilentHarbinger Posted On : April 2nd, 2026

I’m currently pursuing my MBA in Business Analytics at DTU, and I can confidently say it's worth it! The curriculum is designed to give us practical knowledge, which is really helpful. We dive into topics like Python and predictive modeling while getting hands-on experience in labs. The faculty is super supportive and always available to help. As for placements, companies like Deloitte come to campus, and the average package ranges from 7 to 9 lakh. Plus, the campus life is vibrant with various clubs and activities, making it a well-rounded experience.

Does the location of DTU really make a significant difference in terms of placements and overall student life??

R
RunicOutfit Posted On : April 2nd, 2026

Yes, the location is quite far from the main city. The area around DTU, including Samaypur Badli and Shahbad Dairy, has frequent reports of serious crimes like rapes and murders among locals.

Honestly, consider NSUT instead. Student violence is also a concern at DTU. I chose DTU for its cultural activities, and it's true that life here feels more relaxed compared to NSUT.

What is the in hand salary of students who graduated from BA DTU??

Z
ZenithKarma Posted On : April 1st, 2026

As a BA student at DTU, I can say the in-hand salary for freshers is pretty mixed. Some of my classmates got placed with offers around 5 LPA, while the highest package reached 13 LPA last year. Most of the placements are from companies like Byjus and Bajaj, but honestly, only about 20-25% of us got jobs. A lot of my friends are also looking into higher studies after graduation, which is something I’m considering too!

Is it worth doing an B.Sc (Nursing) at AIIMS Delhi if my main goal is to land a high-paying job??

A
AbstractApe Posted On : March 31st, 2026

I would totally recommend the B.Sc (Nursing) course at AIIMS Delhi if you're looking for a high-paying job. The practical exposure we get from the second month itself is invaluable. The internship is particularly beneficial, with Rs 13,000 as pay during the last six months. Plus, once you clear the NORCET exam after graduation, landing a central government nursing officer position is pretty much a sure thing, and the salary is quite attractive. The fees are also extremely reasonable, which is a huge plus. So, if you’re serious about nursing, AIIMS is definitely worth considering!

How is B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing branch at AIIMS Delhi? What about its placement in 2025/26??

G
GalacticHoneycomb Posted On : March 31st, 2026

I'm currently pursuing B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing at AIIMS Delhi, and it's been quite a journey. The curriculum is pretty comprehensive, although I sometimes feel that diving deep into subjects like anatomy and physiology isn't always practical for us as nursing officers. The good part is we start our ward training from the second month of the first year, which really helps us gain hands-on experience early on.

Looking ahead to 2026, I believe our placements will be solid, especially since we’ll be eligible for the NORCET exam, which can lead to a government job with a decent salary. Plus, the internship at AIIMS itself pays around Rs 13,000 for six months, which is a nice bonus.

What is the in hand salary of students who graduated from MBBS AIIMS Delhi??

S
StarlightLoch Posted On : March 31st, 2026

I graduated in April 2022. Right after graduation, I started working as a Junior Resident in a government hospital in Delhi. My in-hand salary was 1.17 lakhs per month.

After a couple of months, I got selected as a Medical Officer under HCMS (Haryana Civil Medical Services). The salary in Haryana was slightly lower compared to Delhi. My current salary is 1 lakh 5 thousand, including allowances.

My basic pay in both jobs was 56k. In private hospitals, MBBS graduates earn around 40k. (Strictly talking about Delhi NCR; not sure about salaries in other states.)

How does your DTU campus look like for internships and research?

A
ArcaneAdvent Posted On : March 26th, 2026

As a student at DTU, I've found the internship scene to be quite vibrant. We have a lot of startups visiting us, which is cool because they offer hands-on roles in marketing and finance. Plus, companies like Bajaj and Mckinley Rise also come for placements. The highest package I heard about is ?13 LPA! It’s a competitive space, and while I haven’t landed an internship yet, many of my friends have been able to secure good positions with decent stipends.

Is it worth doing an BA at DTU if my main goal is to land a high-paying job??

V
VelvetHapless Posted On : March 24th, 2026

Honestly, pursuing a BA at DTU can be a mixed bag if your main aim is a high-paying job. While the curriculum is decent and the faculty includes experienced guest lecturers, the placement statistics aren’t super encouraging. Only about 20-25% of us get placed, and the average package is around 5 LPA, with the highest being 13 LPA. If you're thinking about a high salary right after graduation, it might be better to consider other options or aim for an MBA later, which is my plan too.
