The chances of getting a seat for a desired campus and course depends on the competition and toughness of the entrance exam.
There are many determining factors of the AEEE cutoff such as, number of seats available, number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of students who applied and appeared for exams.
Each year the cutoff set by the college for admission is different, that is why it is tough to answer this question if one can secure a seat in CSE for the desired campus. However, one can look at the previous year’s cutoffs to get an idea about the ranking and seat allotment process.

According to the previous year’s cut-off mentioned, it is very hard for the student to get admissions into the Amrita Coimbatore campus with a rank of 2,231. However, there is a chance to be accepted for the CSE program with an AEEE rank of 2,231 at the Bangalore campus as the cut-offs for the previous year indicate.
Therefore, one can get admission into Amritas at the Bangalore campus. However this analysis is done on the previous year’s cutoffs, that is why one needs to be updated with the current year’s cutoffs which can be checked on the official college website.
First of all, there is no fixed cutoff for MS at any institute. The students are called as per the needs of the concerned professor and the cutoff does not matter. Students are screened through a thorough process including a separate written exam followed by an exam interview. Nevertheless, I have tabulated the IIT Palakkad GATE cutoff 2022 for various categories below

The BITSAT score you need for securing a decent branch in BITS Goa changes each year due to a variety of factors. The recent cut-off BITSAT scores for various courses at the BITS Pilani Goa campus is given below.
| B.E Chemical | 250 |
| B.E Mechanical | 280 |
| B.E Electrical and Electronics | 310 |
| B.E Computer Science | 352 |
| B.E Electronics and Communication | 322 |
| B.E Electronics and Instrumentation | 294 |
| M.Sc Biological Sciences | 250 |
| M.Sc Chemistry | 256 |
| M.Sc Physics | 274 |
| M.Sc Mathematics | 276 |
| M.Sc Economics | 295 |
Now it is always advisable to prepare for JEE (Advanced) more than BITSAT. This does not mean the Goa campus of BITS Pilani is bad or BITSAT is really easy. Many students actually keep BITSAT as a backup plan in case they fail to get IITs and I think it is a good strategy. Any day you should aim for IITs. But around 4-6 months before the exam you should know your potential and seriously consider whether you should give BITSAT or not.
As for the exam difficulty, it is often considered that BITSAT has a lower difficulty level than JEE (Mains). While that may be true but the time constraint, accuracy, and the competition from students should also be taken into account. You should take at least 10 practice BITSAT tests to nail your time management skills.
Finally, I would suggest that get a good grasp of mathematics and you can certainly excel at any entrance exam.
Many engineering aspirants and their parents don’t know anything about IIIT Allahabad. They are unsure whether it is a government or private college, whether good brands visit the campus, and whether it is anything like the IITs/NITs.
NITs like Surat, Bhopal, Kurukshetra, and colleges like VIT Vellore are given much more acceptance simply because they are NITs or well known brands. Students decide their preferred colleges through a 1-2 month research, or the advice of their relatives/friends.
IIITA offers B.Tech IT, which is considered inferior to CS, due to unknown reasons. Many rankings place IIITA lower to the lesser known state engineering colleges. This is another reason why people are reluctant in choosing IIIT Allahabad.
Only engineering students have a good knowledge of the opportunities available at IIITA. As a student of this college, I can assure you that it is one of the best places with great placements and an amazing coding culture.
At present, IIIT Allahabad has started gaining its well-deserved reputation, and its cutoffs have become equivalent to institutes like MNIT or MNNIT.

IET Lucknow being one of the top colleges under AKTU is one of the most preferred colleges by the students in UPSEE counseling. Usually, it accepts students with a general rank under 2000 in UPSEE with a little margin for the OBC category.
With the mentioned rank, there is almost no chance for you to be accepted into this college. However, you can get one of the three Rajkiye Engineering Colleges (RECs) at this rank. You can also try for certain other private colleges such as AKG or JSS.
Check the previous year’s cut-off pattern of IET Lucknow in the table below:
| Course | IET Lucknow Cut Off |
| B.Tech in CSE | 120-226 |
| B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering | 1310-1434 |
| B.Tech in Civil Engineering | 1260-2004 |
| B.Tech in Chemical Engineering | 2081-3438 |
| B.Tech in ECE | 508-764 |
Give a try in other private colleges till the last counseling rounds as admission in IET, Lucknow with these ranks is almost impossible to get.
AIIMS Nagpur is one of the top choices for MBBS in India. The cutoff for AIIMS Nagpur MBBS is based on NEET UG and the candidates must have the set All India cutoff rank in NEET UG for their respective category for admission to the course. AIIMS Nagpur Cutoff 2024 is yet to be released and is expected to be higher than the previous year’s cutoff given the competitiveness for admission in all the categories.
Given below is AIIMS Nagpur MBBS Cutoff for the last two years for different categories:
| Category | 2023 Closing Cutoff By Rank | 2022 Closing Cutoff By Rank |
|---|---|---|
| General | 1264 | 1190 |
| EWS | 2716 | 2511 |
| OBC | 2170 | 2336 |
| SC | 12014 | 17188 |
| ST | 20829 | 40144 |
| General – PwD | 135584 | 232356 |
| OBC – PwD | 136448 | 211006 |
| SC – PwD | 186094 | 315372 |
| ST – PwD | 439278 | 312320 |
It can be seen that there is a continuously improving trend in cutoff rank for all the categories and is expected to be higher in 2024. For the general category, the candidates must aim to score around 675+ in NEET UG 2024 for admission to MBBS. The AIR of the candidates should be around 1100-1150 for the MBBS admission in 2024 at AIIMS Nagpur.

You will get into Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow even without giving any exam. Tier 4,5 institutions aren’t a good choice for pursuing your management studies.
The top 25 business schools have the right to claim that they provide the necessary management education and experience. You must aim to pursue your management studies from the top 25 business schools. By top 25, I mean the best 30-35 institutions
that can be grouped into the top 25.
I did some research on what management institutions you should join to have a successful career. According to me, do not choose Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow as your priority. If you wish to get a good start, score well in the CAT examination, and get 90+ percentile. You can then secure a seat in one of the best management institutes that will groom your personality and provide you with the necessary skills.
