BA Economics Honours is one of the newest courses offered by Delhi Technological University under the University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME), alongside BBA and MBA, at the new campus in Vivek Vihar Phase 2. It was inaugurated in 2017. Speaking of the faculty for BA Economics Honours, it is overall quite good. Several professors at DTU come from esteemed colleges of DU. At DTU, we get the CPI (Cumulative Performance Index) for our BA course. It’s a bit different from aggregate marks, which I found interesting. The CPI reflects our overall performance throughout the semesters, and it’s calculated based on our grades in all subjects. I’m currently in my second year, and the grading system helps me understand where I stand compared to my peers.

BA (Hons.) Economics at DTU is really good! It covers all the core subjects of economics and also trains students in other fields like marketing, business, finance, management, etc. Plus, computer science subjects are included in the curriculum, such as SQL, Python, and more.
