WBMCC NEET UG 2026 Round 3 and Stray Round Schedule Out; Check Now

The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has released the schedule for West Bengal NEET UG 2026 Round 3 and the Online Stray Vacancy Round. The notice is available on the official WBMCC portal.

Round 3 online registration will begin at 11:00 AM on September 28, 2026, and close at 6:00 PM on September 30, 2026. The online fee payment window will remain open until 12:00 midnight on September 30, 2026.

WBMCC has also extended Round 2 reporting and admission till September 19, 2026. Candidates who were not allotted seats in Round 2 had to separately initialize their candidature between September 16, 2026 and September 18, 2026 by emailing the counselling cell from their registered NEET email address.

WB NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Important Dates

The Round 3 counselling process includes registration, fee payment, candidate verification, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting.

Candidate verification will take place at the designated college and time slot assigned by the software. This verification requirement is not applicable to NRI candidates, as per the official notice.

For private medical colleges, the admission process will be conducted at designated government medical colleges in Kolkata. For private dental colleges, admission will be conducted at Dr R. Ahmed Dental College. Candidates must carry their original documents, requisite college fee, and bond for physical document verification.

WB NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round Dates

The Online Stray Vacancy Round will begin after the completion of Round 3.

Security Deposit for WBMCC Round 3

Candidates applying for private medical or dental colleges must pay a security deposit according to the selected quota:

• Private College State Quota: Rs 2,00,000
• Management Quota: Rs 5,00,000

The security deposit will be refundable according to WBMCC rules.

Who Can Register for WB NEET UG 2026 Round 3?

Candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2026 and meet the applicable West Bengal domicile, category, and eligibility requirements can participate in the counselling process.

Candidates who did not participate in earlier rounds, were not allotted a seat in Round 2, or were allotted a seat but did not report may register again, subject to the conditions mentioned in the official WBMCC notice.

How to Register for WB NEET UG 2026 Round 3?

1. Visit the official WBMCC portal.
2. Click on the candidate login link for Round 3.
3. Complete the online registration using the required NEET UG 2026 credentials.
4. Pay the registration fee and applicable security deposit.
5. Fill and lock college and course choices before the deadline.
6. Download the confirmation slip for future reference.

Candidates must complete registration, payment, verification, and choice locking within the prescribed deadlines. Failure to complete any mandatory step may lead to cancellation of candidature.

Action Plan for Candidates

1. Report to your Round 2 allotted institute by September 19, 2026, if applicable.
2. Keep your NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card ready.
3. Arrange the security deposit amount before September 28, 2026.
4. Register for Round 3 between September 28 and 30, 2026.
5. Fill choices carefully as Round 3 seats cannot be surrendered.
6. Check the WBMCC portal daily for Stray Round dates.
