WBJEE Counseling 2024: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Announces Counselling Schedule for ANM & GNM 2024

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board has officially released the counselling schedule for the ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) and GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) courses for the academic year 2024. The detailed timeline outlines essential activities that prospective students must follow to secure admission to their chosen programs.

Key Dates in the Counselling Schedule:

1. Registration and Fee Payment: Candidates can begin registering for the counselling process and pay the registration fee starting from October 28 2024 until November 11,  2024.
2. Choice Filling: Following registration, students will have the opportunity to fill in their preferred choices, which will remain open from November 10 2024 to November 11,  2024. Candidates need to lock their choices during this period to ensure their preferences are considered.
3. Seat Allotment Results:
   • The results for the 1st round of seat allotment will be announced on November 13, 2024.
   • Successful candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to their allotted institutes for document verification and admission between November 13 and November 18, 2024. Institutions will provide specific timings and requirements, and candidates are advised to check their websites or contact them directly for more information.
4. Second Round of Allotment: The 2nd round of seat allotment results will be published on November 20, 2024. Fresh allottees must again pay the seat acceptance fee and report to their respective institutes from November 20 2024 to November 23, 2024. Candidates will also have the option to withdraw from the process during this period.
5. Mop-Up Round: Candidates wishing to participate in the Mop-Up round can opt-in and pay the relevant fee from November 25 2024 to November 26, 2024. The choice filling for this round will be available on November 26,  2024, with the allotment results scheduled for November 28,  2024.

   The reporting for document verification and admission for the Mop-Up round will take place from November 28 to 30, 2024.
