MGU CAT 2026 Registration Deadline Extended

Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has extended the registration deadline for CAT MGU 2026 till March 31, 2026. The entrance exam is conducted for admission to various postgraduate programmes and integrated courses like BBA LLB (Hons.) for the academic session 2026–27. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website, cat.mgu.ac.in.

Most applicants are required to appear for a 90-minute entrance test consisting of 60 MCQs with no negative marking, except for those applying through CUET, MBA, M.Tech (with GATE), or foreign quota. For some courses, selection also includes interviews or group discussions along with entrance scores and bonus marks. Additionally, 20% of PG seats are reserved under the CUET-based Open All India Quota, where candidates are considered based on their CAT rank first and then their CUET scores.

There will be test centres in all 14 districts and one each in Chennai and Bengaluru. However, the centre opted by an applicant is indicative, and the centre allotted by Mahatma Gandhi University will be final.
