DME UP has issued the guidelines for special stray vacancy round 3 admission guidelines. Students must complete the admission from 26 December to 30 December 2025.
The Office of the Director General, Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has issued detailed guidelines for the admission process of candidates allotted seats through online counseling of Special Stray Vacancy Round-3 under UP NEET UG-2024. The process, applicable to private-sector medical colleges, must be completed between December 26, 2024, and December 30, 2024. Candidates are advised to adhere strictly to the instructions to ensure a smooth admission process.
Special Stray Vacancy Round 3 Key Admission Guidelines

Allotment and Admission Centers:

The college or nodal center designated for admission is mentioned on the allotment letter of each candidate allotted a seat in a private-sector medical college.

Admissions for the Dr. B.S. Kushwaha Institute of Medical Sciences, Kanpur, will take place at the nodal center GSVM Medical College, Kanpur.

Mandatory Documents for Admission:
Candidates must present the following original documents at the time of admission:-
UP NEET UG 2024 Allotment Letter

NEET UG 2024 Admit Card and Score Card

High School and Intermediate Mark Sheets and Certificates

Reservation-related certificates (if applicable)

Domicile Certificate (if required)

Valid Identification Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport)

Fee Payment:

Candidates must deposit the tuition fee through a CTS Bank Draft issued in favor of the Director General, Medical Education & Training, U.P., payable at Lucknow, at the respective nodal centers.

Medical Examination:
It is mandatory for all allotted candidates to undergo a medical examination by the Medical Board constituted at the college or nodal center level. -

The tuition fee structure for minority medical colleges under the academic session 2024-25 is available on the official websites upneet.gov.in and dgme.up.gov.in.

Important Note on Forfeiture of Deposit:
Candidates who fail to take admission after being allotted seats in Special Stray Vacancy Round 3 will face the following consequences:-
Forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.

Disqualification from participating in the UP NEET UG Counseling 2025-26.
