Walchand College of Engineering (WCE), Sangli, has opened the Institute Level Counselling Round, known as ACAP, for the academic year 2026-27. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official portal at walchandsangli.ac.in. The round covers vacant seats across five programmes at the institute.
The ACAP round is conducted after the state Centralised Admission Process (CAP) run by the DTE Maharashtra. It is meant to fill seats that remain vacant at the institute after CAP allotments. Candidates must apply directly to WCE Sangli for these vacant seats.

Who Is Eligible to Apply for the ACAP Round?
Eligibility varies according to the programme.
For F.Y. B.Tech, candidates need a valid MHT CET 2026 or JEE Main 2026 score, along with the eligibility requirements prescribed by the state.
For DSY B.Tech, candidates must hold a recognised engineering diploma or a B.Sc degree with the required marks.
For M.Tech, a valid GATE score is the primary admission criterion. Non-GATE candidates may be considered for sponsored or institute-level seats according to the applicable norms.
For MBA, candidates need a valid MAH CET or CAT score. For B.Des, a valid design entrance examination score is required. Candidates should check the programme notice for the exact eligibility and cut-off requirements.

How to Apply for WCE Sangli Institute Level Counselling 2026-27?
The application process is fully online for all programmes. Candidates must submit a fresh application for the ACAP round, even if they previously participated in the state CAP round.
- Visit walchandsangli.ac.in and open the Institute Level Notifications section.
- Download the ACAP schedule PDF for the target programme.
- Click the application link provided inside the PDF.
- Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Enter the required personal, academic and entrance examination details.
- Upload scanned copies of the required documents, including Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, graduation marksheets, entrance scorecard, category certificate and photo ID, as applicable.
- Pay the application fee online using net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
- Submit the application and save the confirmation page for future reference.
