Union Minister Addresses IIT Tirupati's 4th and 5th Convocation Ceremonies

New Delhi: IIT Tirupati concluded the 4th and 5th convocation ceremonies for its graduating students. The event was attended by Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister for Education and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, who congratulated the students on their accomplishments.

Speaking on this occasion, he highlighted that the students have the potential to become wealth creators, which will greatly contribute to the goal of a developed India (Viksit Bharat). He praised IIT Tirupati's commitment to innovation and multidisciplinary research.

Congratulating all students, the Union Minister tweeted, "Congratulations and best wishes to all the students of the two batches who have graduated today. I am confident that students of IIT Tirupati will transform into wealth creators and also make vital contributions towards the fulfillment of the goal of Viksit Bharat."

Dharmendra Pradhan also unveiled the Centre of Excellence (CoE) at IIT Tirupati. The centre was established as a part of a collaboration with SIEMENS, Wipro with a commitment to "Smart Manufacturing and EV Technologies". It offers cutting-edge laboratories focusing on topics such as smart manufacturing, EV manufacturing, and smart grid technologies.
