  1. Visit the official portal at lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in/allot26llmp2.
  2. Click on the Phase 2 login link for LLM candidates.
  3. Enter your Hall Ticket Number, Rank, Mobile Number and Date of Birth.
  4. Submit the details to view your seat allotment status.
  5. Download and print the allotment order for reporting.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Candidates must carry a set of original certificates for verification. Photocopies of each document are also required. The list below covers the essential paperwork.

  • TS PGLCET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
  • Phase 2 allotment order printout
  • LLB degree marks memo and provisional certificate
  • Intermediate and SSC memos
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) and Study Certificates
  • Income and caste certificates (for reserved category candidates)
  • Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
  • Tuition fee payment receipt

What Is the Reporting Process for Phase 2 Candidates?

Reporting is a two-part process for allotted candidates. The self-reporting is done online through the counselling portal. College reporting is done physically at the allotted institution.

Candidates must first pay the tuition fee as mentioned in the allotment order. The payment can be made through online modes such as net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. The receipt must be carried during college reporting.

At the college, officials verify all original documents against the uploaded copies. Once cleared, the candidate is formally admitted to the LLM programme. A signed college reporting slip is issued after verification.

What Happens If a Candidate Fails to Report?

Candidates who skip reporting will lose their Phase 2 seat. The vacant seat will be added to the Final Phase pool. Such candidates will not be eligible for the Final Phase counselling.

Even candidates who wish to upgrade must first report at the current college. Skipping the reporting step blocks all further counselling participation. This rule applies uniformly to every allotted candidate.

Why This Matters

Phase 2 is the last major stage before the Final Phase for LLM aspirants in Telangana. Around 5,200 candidates registered for LLM under TS PGLCET this year. Missing the September 16 deadline directly closes the door on Final Phase eligibility.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Log in to lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in and download the Phase 2 allotment order.
  2. Arrange the tuition fee amount as specified in the allotment order.
  3. Gather originals of the rank card, hall ticket, and academic certificates.
  4. Complete online self-reporting through the counselling portal.
  5. Report physically at the allotted college on or before September 16, 2026.
  6. Collect the signed reporting slip after document verification.
Keep an Eye On

TGCHE will soon publish the TS PGLCET 2026 Final Phase counselling schedule with vacancy details. Candidates should track lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in for the notification and web option dates.
