TAPMI To Start New MBA in Technology Management Course in Bengaluru Campus

New Delhi: As per the latest updates, the TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Bengaluru has announced an MBA in ‘Technology Management’ course for the academic year 2024. The course will offer students the skills needed to enhance technology application in companies.

Informing about the TAPMI MBA Program, Aditya Jadhav, Dean of TAPMI Bengaluru said, “TAPMI has curated a specialised MBA program in Technology Management that combines three unique pillars in the curriculum: business management courses, technology management courses and sectoral specialisation tracks in fintech, e-commerce and retail and healthcare”.

For MBA-Tech offered at Bengaluru, the seat intake is 60, while the tentative intake for 2024-26 across all 5 programs (except MBA-Tech) is likely to be 500-530. The last date to apply for TAPMI MBA Admission 2024-25 is December 20, 2023. Candidates can apply online at tapmi.edu.in.

As of now, TAPMI offers its MBA course in various specialisations including MBA in Banking and Financial Services, Human Resource Management, International Business, Marketing and Technology Management (new addition). The admission is done based on CAT, XAT, GMAT or NMAT scores.

TAPMI Bengaluru MBA in Technology Management Course 2024 Overview

The MBA program will run for a duration of 2 years covering 6 trimesters which will be offered at the TAPMI Bengaluru campus. It will be open for candidates with two-seven years of technology experience with leading IT services, product and platform companies.

According to the official release, experienced business professionals will teach 30% of all technology management and sectoral courses, with an emphasis on applied learning using industry-leading software tools and technology laboratories.

“MBA-Technology Management is a 2-year program based in TAPMI Bengaluru campus with instruction by industry professionals and academic research professors and continuous live projects in renowned IT companies in Bangalore and other IT hubs. Commencement of the program is subject to approval from the regulators”, the official website reads.

The program will offer students an opportunity to pursue several internships and live projects at leading technology companies, which aims to prepare them for the evolving technology landscape. In addition to this, they will benefit from a structured industry mentor program.
