TANCET 2026 Registration Extended Till April 15; Exam Scheduled for May 9

Anna University has extended the TANCET 2026 and CEETA-PG 2026 registration deadline from April 10 to April 15, 2026, at tancet.annauniv.edu.

TANCET 2026 Registration Deadline Extended

Anna University has extended the TANCET 2026 (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) Registartion Deadline till April 15, 2026. Candidates who could not complete their registration by the earlier deadline can now apply online at the official website tancet.annauniv.edu. The TANCET 2026 exam is conducted for admission to MBA and MCA programmes in Tamil Nadu universities and affiliated colleges.

The TANCET 2026 Exam is scheduled for MAY 9, 2026, in two sessions - MCA from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and MBA from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must pay the application fee of Rs 500 (General) or Rs 250 (SC/ST) to complete their registration.

Candidates who have already registered but have pending issues with their application are advised to log in and resolve them before the extended deadline of April 15, 2026. The TANCET 2026 admit card is expected to be released approximately two weeks before the exam date. Candidates are advised to complete their registration at the earliest to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Fill in personal, academic, and exam details
Upload the required documents and photographs
Pay the application fee online
Submit and download the confirmation page

The exam will be conducted in offline (pen-and-paper) mode for 2 hours with 100 MCQs, with 1 mark for each correct answer, and -0.33 for incorrect answers, making a total of 100 marks.
