DMER Chennai has released the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Round 3 seat matrix 2026 at tnmedicalselection.net. Registration closes on September 30, 2026 at 5 PM. Choice filling runs from October 1 to October 9, 2026. Seat allotment is on October 12, 2026.
The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Chennai has released the Tamil Nadu National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 Round 3 seat matrix on the official portal at tnmedicalselection.net. The matrix covers vacant MBBS and BDS seats after Round 2 across government and self-financing medical and dental colleges in the state.
The Selection Committee has also opened Round 3 registration for eligible candidates. The last date to register is September 30, 2026, till 5 PM. Choice filling will begin from October 1, 2026.

What the Seat Matrix Contains?
The published matrix lists vacant seats left after Round 2 allotment. It also carries the tentative special category vacancy position for MBBS and BDS courses. The 7.5 percent horizontal reservation for Tamil Nadu government school candidates is reflected in the matrix.
Candidates can view college-wise and category-wise vacancies under government medical colleges, government dental colleges, self-financing medical colleges, and self-financing dental colleges. The matrix is available under the Notifications section of the official portal.
