The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu has released the NEET PG 2025 state rank list for admission to MD, MS, and PG Diploma seats under the state quota. Candidates who applied for Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling can now check their rank and eligibility on the official website.

The list includes names, NEET PG ranks, state ranks and quota details. With the rank list out, candidates should now get ready for document verification, choice filling and seat allotment. Candidates who find their names in the rank list should immediately proceed to complete the following steps:

1. Login to the official portal and download the merit/rank list PDF for their category and quota.
2. Prepare for document verification – ensure all certificates are in order (NEET PG score-card, MBBS degree, registration, category/service/domicile proof).
3. Participate in choice-filling for colleges and courses as per the schedule that will be published soon by the DME Tamil Nadu.
4. Monitor for subsequent counselling rounds including mop-up if any seats remain vacant.
