Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2024 : Round 3 UG MBBS and BDS Provisional Results Announced

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Kilpauk, Chennai has released the provisional results for Round-3 counselling of UG MBBS and BDS admissions for the 2024-2025 academic session. These results, issued under Notification No. 34/SCS1(1)/2024, are now available for candidates to review on the official website.

Key Details of the Provisional Results

• The results are provisional and cannot be used as a basis to claim seats.

• Candidates cannot challenge the outcome in any court of law.

• All issues pertaining to the outcome of Round 3 shall be brought to report, if any on or before 10:00 AM October 18, 2024 by grievance portal.

• As an additional consequence of the failure to raise any grievances prior to the stated date and time, in that event, the provisional results shall be held to be final and conclusive.

Provisional Allotment Lists Released

1. Government Quota (92.5% Reservation)

   • List of candidates allotted for MBBS/BDS seats under the general government quota.

2. Government Quota (7.5% Reservation for Government School Students)

   • Provisional list for candidates from government schools availing of the special 7.5% reservation.

3. Management Quota (MQ)

   • List of candidates allotted under the management quota for MBBS/BDS admissions.

Final Results and Next Steps

The final results shall be announced on October 18, 2024, after giving proper consideration to any grievances filed through the portal. After final result declaration, candidates may:

• Download the allotment order from the official portal.

• Report to their respective colleges and finally complete the admission process.

Reporting Guidelines

It is the candidates' duty to download their allotment order immediately after the final results are published. The allotment order would mention reporting in time at the allotted colleges by the candidate, as may have been stipulated in the allotment order schedule and guidelines.
