New Delhi: St. Xavier's College, Kolkata has recently launched a dynamic School of Social Sciences and Humanities with the aim of nurturing a diverse academic environment on its campus and offering PG programs and research prospects across different departments.

The School of Science Sciences, St. Xavier’s College aims to serve as a central hub for both research endeavours and internship possibilities for faculty members and students specialising in English, Political Science, Sociology, Bengali, Mass Communication, and Videography.

As per St. Xavier’s College, the newly launched school is dedicated to identifying shared areas of interest among various departments, fostering a research-oriented mindset among both students and faculty.

In addition, the school will arrange practical workshops aimed at refining skills and implementing relevant programs. Students will have the chance to establish connections with a network of stakeholders to support their internships and skill enhancement.

Furthermore, the School of Social Sciences and Humanities is committed to facilitating collaborative research projects in collaboration with industry experts and leaders, providing hands-on training opportunities for students.
