SIBM Nagpur has released the Interim Placement Report for the MBA (FABM) 2023–25 batch, presenting a clear overview of salary trends and sector-wise hiring. According to the data shared, the highest package stood at ₹19.72 lakh per annum, indicating the top end of the offers received by students this year.
The institute reported an average package of ₹11.94 LPA, while the median package was ₹10.02 LPA. These numbers indicate the range in which most students received their job offers. Among the top performers, the top 10% secured an average CTC of 18 LPA, followed by 17.6 LPA for the top 25%, and 14.88 LPA for the top 50% of the batch.
Placement opportunities came from multiple sectors. According to the data, 33% of roles were from the Manufacturing and Logistics sector, making it the largest contributor. The BFSI/NBFS sector accounted for 22%, while another 22% came from companies categorised under “Others.” The FMCG/FMCD sector contributed 17%, and IT/Consulting made up the remaining 6%.
NOTE:
SIBM Nagpur has also released the interim placement update for 2026, reporting a highest package of 19.72 LPA. The placement process is still ongoing, and the final figures will be announced once the drive concludes.

The batch also had a balanced gender ratio with 53% female and 47% male students. In academic background distribution, 63% of students came from Agriculture, 20% from Commerce, and 17% from other streams.
