Sambalpur University is inviting applications for the PG (Self Finance) and MPA programs for the 2024-25 academic year. The results of the entrance exam will be published on January 9, 2025.

Sambalpur University PG (SF)/MPA Admission 2024-25 Documents Required

After submitting the online application, candidates have to take a printout of the application page. Submit the application form along with the following documents to the Head/Coordinator of the respective PG Department on the date of the Entrance Test.

• Two recent passport-size colour photographs of the candidate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
• Attested copies of the Mark sheets and Certificates of all examinations starting from HSC.
• E-receipt of INR 750 in original towards payment of processing fee.
• An attested copy of the certificate from CDMO regarding his/her disability for 40% or more (if applicable).
• An attested copy of the Caste Certificate obtained from a Revenue Officer.
• The undertaking form(s) should be duly filled in and signed by the applicant and his/her father or natural guardian.

The envelope containing the above documents and the printout of the filled application form must be mentioned as "Application for Admission”.
