BFUHS has released the Punjab NEET UG 2026 revised provisional seat allotment for the first round of MBBS and BDS counselling. Allotted candidates must report physically at their colleges between August 30 and September 5 2026.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has issued the revised provisional allotment for the first round of Punjab National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 counselling. The list is available at admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in. It covers MBBS and BDS seats across Punjab. Allotted candidates must report physically at their respective colleges by September 5, 2026.
The revised allotment follows a schedule change announced by BFUHS. The university had earlier planned the reporting process from August 25 to 28, 2026. It has now shifted reporting to a new window. The counselling covers government and private medical and dental colleges in Punjab. Only candidates registered under the Punjab state quota can participate.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must carry original documents and self-attested photocopies. The following documents are required to complete the admission formalities:
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 certificates and mark sheets
- Punjab domicile certificate, wherever applicable
- Category and reservation certificates, wherever applicable
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Valid photo identity proof, such as Aadhaar

How to Check the Revised Provisional Allotment?
- Visit the official counselling portal at admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in.
- Click on the Round 1 revised allotment link.
- Enter the NEET UG 2026 roll number and password.
- Download and save the allotment letter for reporting.

Reporting and Fee Payment Rules
Allotted candidates must physically report at the allotted college by September 5, 2026. A medical fitness examination will be conducted at the college.
Candidates must also pay six months’ tuition fee at the time of reporting. The payment must be made through the University Online Payment Gateway. Candidates who fail to complete the reporting and fee payment process within the deadline may have their allotted seat cancelled.

How Can Candidates Raise Objections?
Any objection against the allotment must be raised in person. Candidates must visit the Admission Branch of BFUHS, Faridkot, and carry the necessary supporting documents.
The university will not accept objections through email or online mode.
The reporting window was earlier fixed for August 25 to 28. BFUHS has now extended it to September 5, 2026. This gives allotted candidates more time to arrange documents and travel.
Action Plan for Candidates
- Log in at admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in and download the allotment letter.
- Collect original documents including the NEET UG scorecard and school certificates.
- Arrange proof of Punjab domicile and category certificates where applicable.
- Reach the allotted college between August 30 and September 5.
- Pay six months of tuition fee through the online payment gateway.
- Complete the medical fitness check at the allotted college.
