Admission notice for Round 3 MBBS/ BDS online counseling and schedule for Round 3 UG Medical/Dental online Punjab state counseling under NEET UG has been released on the official website i.e. https://www.bfuhs.ac.in/. Candidates need to register for the counseling if they did not register during Rounds 1 and 2 else need to do fresh registration for Round 3. The candidate who has not joined/resigned from the allotted seat of Round 2, will have to register afresh for the 3rd round and will also deposit the security amount again. The registration process is starting today i.e. October 8, 2024. Candidates also submit objections to provisional allotment but objections can be submitted only by personal appearance along with relevant documents in the Admission Branch, BFUHS, Faridkot.

Eligibility Criteria for Round 3 Punjab NEET Counselling
The eligibility criteria to participate in the counseling process are listed below.
For Fresh Registration
- The candidates who will register/apply for the first time.
- The candidates who have not joined the allotted seat (fresh/upgraded) of Round-II counseling can apply afresh for the 3rd Round and they will have to deposit the security amount again for submitting willingness and choices/preferences of Course/College/Quota as per schedule.
For Those Who Need not to Register afresh for the Counselling
- The candidates who are already registered but have not been allotted any seat in Rounds I and II need not register/apply again.
- The candidates who have resigned/surrendered the allotted seat of 1stonline Counseling with free exit up to 06.10.2024(till 04:00 PM) and do not hold any seat of Round-I. However, they will have to submit Willingness along with the requisite amount of security (equivalent to penalty) and will submit Choices/preferences of Course/College/Quota as per schedule.
Who is Not Eligible for Counselling?
- The candidate who has become non-eligible due to having inadequate documents as per Eligibility Criteria.
- The candidate who has not registered in Round 1 or Round 2 or Round 3.
How to Register for the Punjab NEET Counselling?
To register for the counselling candidates must follow the following instructions.
- Candidates need to register for Punjab MBBS counselling 2024 on the official website.
- Enter personal details including NEET score and category
- Fill the Application form with the respective personal and educational details.
- Complete the application form and click on submit.
- Take note of the registration ID and password for future reference.
Registration Fee for the Counselling
General category candidates must pay INR 5000+18%GST (Rs. 5900) and SC category candidates have to pay INR 2500+18%GST (Rs. 2950) for counselling registration. The payment of the registration fee must be made through the online payment gateway of the University only.
For willingness, the following security amount is to be deposited through the online payment gateway of University.

If any candidate wants to change his/her willingness from Govt. Colleges only to Private & Govt. Colleges/Private Colleges, have to deposit the remaining security amount i.e. Rs 190000/- through the online payment gateway of the University. Already registered candidates who have deposited the security amount in 2nd round counseling and to whom no seat is allotted in 2nd Round, need not deposit the security amount again. However, they will have to submit their willingness to participate in the 3rd Round, through the online payment gateway of the University.
