OJEE Counseling 2024: Schedule and Instructions for 2nd Upgradation Round in BAMS/BHMS Released

OJEE has released the Schedule and Instructions for the 2nd Phase Upgradation Round for BAMS/BHMS courses. The counseling will take place on November 27, 2024.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has released the schedule and instructions for the provisional admission process for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) courses under the 2nd Upgradation Round Counselling. Candidates who have received fresh allotments are required to follow the instructions and report on November 27, 2024.

Key Details of Reporting Schedule

  • Venue: OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar
  • Date and Time:
    • 27th November 2024:
      • BAMS Candidates: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
      • BHMS Candidates: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Important Instructions for Candidates

  1. Reporting in Person:

    Candidates with fresh allotments must report to the OJEE office with all necessary documents in original and photocopy sets. Either the candidate or one guardian may accompany them.

  2. Payment of Fees:
    • Mode of Payment:
      • Online payment via login ID.
      • Demand draft (DD) in favor of "OJEE," drawn at any scheduled bank, payable at Bhubaneswar.
    • Details Required on DD: Candidate's name and NEET application number on the backside.
  3. Document Requirements:
    • Original certificates, mark sheets, and supporting documents, along with a photocopy set.
    • Nativity Certificate and College Leaving Certificate (CLC) in original.
  4. Admission Confirmation:
    • Upon fee deposit and document submission, candidates will receive a provisional admission letter and acknowledgment.
  5. Candidates with Float Option:

    Those who opted for the float option in previous rounds and have received an upgraded allotment need not report physically. Instead, they can download the updated allotment letter online.

  6. Failure to Report:
    • Candidates who only pay the admission fees online but fail to report physically for document verification during the scheduled period will have their admission canceled. The vacant seat will be allocated in the subsequent upgradation round.
  7. Avoid Reporting at Colleges:

    Candidates are advised not to report to their allotted colleges until the counseling process is complete. Final admission lists will be sent to colleges after all counseling rounds.

Fee Structure

  • Part Admission Fees:
    • ₹8,500 (₹5,000 for seat confirmation, ₹3,500 for university registration fees).
    • Additional fees, as applicable by individual institutions, will be collected at the institutional level.
