What Should Candidates Do After the Mock Allotment?
The mock result is meant to help candidates plan their next move. It shows how the current choices translate into an actual seat.
If the mock seat is close to a preferred college, candidates can lock their choices without changes. If the allotted seat is not preferred, candidates may add higher preferences or reorder existing ones. Choices already filled remain saved unless the candidate edits them.
The mock allotment is the only chance to test how your choice list performs before the final Round 1 result. Changes made after Round 1 allotment cannot alter that seat. Use this window to reorder choices carefully.
