OJEE has announced the Upgradation Round Provisional Admission schedule for BAMS and BHMS courses. The candidates must report to the OJEE Office for document verification on November 9, 2024.
The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) authority has announced the schedule and procedures for the provisional admission process for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) candidates in the upgradation round of counselling. Candidates with new allotments in the upgradation round are required to report to the OJEE office in Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar, on November 9, 2024, for document verification and provisional admission.

Key Details of the Provisional Admission Process
- Document Requirements:
- Candidates should bring all original certificates, mark sheets, and other required documents along with one set of photocopies. This includes the NEET application number and other relevant details.
- Nativity Certificate and CLC (College Leaving Certificate) in original are also required for submission.
- Upon successful verification, candidates will receive their provisional admission letter and acknowledgment of submitted documents from the OJEE office.
- Fee Payment Instructions:
- Admission Fees: Candidates must pay a partial admission fee of Rs. 8,500. This includes Rs. 5,000 for seat confirmation and Rs. 3,500 for university registration. The fees can be paid online through the candidate’s login or by demand draft. For demand drafts, candidates should ensure it is made payable to “OJEE” at any scheduled bank in Bhubaneswar.
- The candidate’s name and NEET application number should be written on the back of the demand draft, which is to be submitted at the OJEE office during reporting.
- Reporting and Document Verification Guidelines:
- Freeze or Float Option: All freshly allotted candidates must exercise the freeze or float option using their login credentials before completing the admission process.
- Physical Reporting: Candidates who have completed fee payment online still need to physically report to the OJEE office with their documents. Candidates who have opted for “float” in previous rounds and have received upgraded seats do not need to report to the OJEE office again and can download the new allotment letter from their login.
- Non-attendance Penalty: Candidates who fail to report physically to the OJEE office within the scheduled time will have their admission canceled. Any seat vacated due to non-reporting will be reallocated in the next upgradation round.
Final Admission Process:
Candidates are advised not to report to their allotted colleges until the full counselling and admission process is complete. Once final counselling concludes, OJEE will send the list of admitted students and collected admission fees to each respective institute. The institutes will then carry out the final admission procedures for the students on their lists.
