NEET PG 2025 Counselling Revised Schedule Released; Round 1 Seat Allotment on November 20, Check Here!

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released an updated schedule for the NEET PG 2025 counselling process for the 50% All-India Quota seats and 100% seats in Deemed and Central Universities. The revision comes after delays in finalising the seat matrix and obtaining necessary approvals.

According to the revised timeline, candidates who are eligible under the merit list will have their online registration, choice-filling, seat-allotment and reporting phases adjusted accordingly. For Round 1, choice-filling is scheduled to begin on 17 November with the locking of choices and processing following immediately. The seat allotment result is set for 20 November.

MCC emphasised that all stages of counselling will be conducted online via its portal and that all participating institutes must treat Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted holidays as working days in order to adhere to the tight schedule.

Round 1 – NEET PG 2025 Counselling Schedule

Round 1 will begin with registration, choice filling, allotment and reporting as per the revised dates mentioned below.

Round 2 – NEET PG 2025 Counselling Schedule

After completion of Round 1 reporting, candidates who wish to upgrade or newly register can participate in Round 2 as per the schedule below.

Round 3 – NEET PG 2025 Counselling Schedule

Round 3 will be conducted for the remaining vacant seats after Round 2, and the activities will follow the timeline given below.

Online Stray Vacancy Round – NEET PG 2025

The final online stray vacancy round will be held only for leftover seats, and candidates must follow the last stage schedule mentioned below.

The revised dates follow earlier delays caused by pending approvals of the seat matrix and clarifications required from the National Medical Commission. With the updated schedule now issued, all steps from registration to reporting have been reset to ensure that candidates are able to complete the process within the newly announced timelines.
