The National Board of Examinations in Medical Science has released the NEET MDS 2025 edit window dates on the official website. The NEET MDS Edit Window for All Candidates is from 14th March 2025 to 17th March 2025. The Final Edit Window to rectify deficient/Incorrect including photographs, Signatures, and Thumb Impression, starts from 27th March 2025 to 31st March 2025.

The Starting Date for submission of Online Application was 18th February 2025, 3:00 PM and concluded on 10th March 2025,11:55 PM. Candidate must provide Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Mobile Number, Email Address & Test City correctly as these details cannot be changed once the NEET MDS registration is completed.

Please follow the guidelines below before filling the form.

1. Kindly do not fill the application form using mobile phone/devices.
2. The Candidate has to first "register" to receive the User ID and Password.
3. Candidate will receive the User ID and Password on the registered email address and/or on the registered mobile number.
4. After successful registration, the candidate can log in with the User ID and Password to complete the application form.
5. Candidate must provide Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Mobile Number, Email Address & Test City correctly as these details cannot be changed once the registration is completed.

NEET MDS Image Upload Instructions

The candidate shall be required to upload TWO photographs. The first one is a REAL TIME PHOTOGRAPH taken by the webcam/in-built camera of the computer system while filling the online application form:

• Confirm that the system used to fill the form has an in-built camera/webcam
• Be properly dressed in a formal attire. c. Stand/sit against a white background (Avoid distracting backgrounds)
• There should be bright light falling on your face but not on the webcam
• No objects should be behind you while capturing the photograph through the cam). The image must not include other objects or additional people. Ensure that you are the only one person in the picture
• The image must contain the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders of the entrant in frontal view with a neutral, non-smiling expression and with eyes open and directed at the camera.
• The image must not contain any parts of the body below the entrant's shoulders.
• Click on “Capture Photo” button in the application form.
• Upload a RECENT PHOTOGRAPH (Not more than 3 months old)

NEET-MDS is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various MDS Courses
