MP NEET PG 2025 Round 1 choice filling can now be done Nov 29–Dec 1, with seat allotment on Dec 4.

The Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh (DME MP) has updated the counselling timetable for NEET PG 2025 under the state quota. Aspiring PG-medical candidates must now complete Round-1 choice filling between November 29 and December 1, 2025. The first seat allotment result will be declared on December 4, 2025, followed by reporting to allotted colleges starting December 5.
Earlier, MP NEET PG counselling 2025 was set to follow the usual timeline, with registrations closing on November 5 and choice filling expected soon after.
However, a formal notice dated November 25, 2025 published on the official DME portal announced a revised tentative schedule for Round 1.

How to Fill and Lock Choices
According to the official’s, candidates who want to fill and lock their choices for MP NEET PG 2025 Round 1 counselling must follow this path:
- Visit the official portal (dme.mponline.gov.in) and log in under “PG Medical Counselling.”
- Enter your NEET PG 2025 roll number, registration password, and security code.
- Navigate to the “Choice Filling” section.
- Select from the list of available colleges and courses (MD/MS/PG Diploma), arrange them by preference, and save.
- Finally, click “Lock Choices” and re-enter the password to confirm.
Candidates who successfully lock their preferences by December 1 will have their seat allotment declared on December 4. Thereafter, selected candidates need to report to the college within the given dates.
