Mewar University to Organise Job Fair on December 23; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Mewar University will be organising a job fair in collaboration with the district employment office. The one day fair will be organised on December 23 in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.

According to the press release by Mewar University, students from any state or university can participate in the job fair. Those who are interested can register on the official website: mutnp.mewaruniversity.org/registration-form. Till now, around 1000 students have already registered for the fair. 

“A large number of unemployed youth registered in the employment office have also registered themselves. It is expected that this number will increase further before the job fair,” the university said. 

 Harish Gurnani, training and placement cell director of Mewar University said, “Students who have cleared courses in engineering, management, pharmacy, journalism, nursing, paramedical, agriculture, law and others or will clear these programmes in this academic year can join the fair.”

Around 80 companies will be participating in the fair. Muthoot Group, JP Hospital, Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Dainik Bhaskar, Reliance Jio, Mahindra Finance, Ceat Tyre, Kutch Chemical Industries Limited, Yutika Natural Private Limited, Caparo Engineering India Limited, IIFL Finance and Suryoday Small Finance Bank are some of the major companies are participating. 

The Chittorgarh DEO will also play an important role in this event. Ashok Kumar Gadiya, chairperson, Mewar University, said the goal of the university administration is to provide employment to as many unemployed youth as possible through this mega job fair, so that they can become self-reliant and contribute to the progress of society and the nation. The university administration will try to ensure that such job fairs continue to be held in the future.
