MDI Gurgaon Hints at Revoking Offers of MBA-IB Students for the Academic Session 2024-25; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon has sent mails to all the students admitted to PGDM-IB Course for the academic session 2024-25 hinting at revoking their admission offers. The mail had ‘Information Regarding Provisional Admission for PGDM-IB Course’ as the subject line.
According to the official mail by MDI Gurgoan, the institute had allotted 120 seats for admission to PGDM-IB course, as sanctioned by AICTE. But it published provisional admission letter to candidates due to the standard industry practices and the dropout rates observed in the past two years.

But there has been an increase in the demand for the PGDM-IB Course at MDI Gurgaon this year. Due to which the dropout rate has become lower than anticipated. As a result, in line with the regulatory guidelines, it might not be possible for the institute to grant admission to all the candidates receiving provisional admission letters.
The official mail reads, “We are sending this letter as a word of caution to ensure that you are fully informed and can make your decisions accordingly. We will keep you updated on the situation as it evolves on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the interests of all candidates are considered.”
The institute has cleared that all students receiving provisional admission letters must not think that the admission has been confirmed. It has also urged the candidates to explore other institutes as options for admission.
