MANIT Bhopal and AIIMS Bhopal Joint Ph.D admission for the Winter 2025

MANIT Bhopal and AIIMS Bhopal are offering joint PhD programs to students. Applications are invited till December 17, 2024.

The Joint-PhD Program offers the opportunity to PhD students enrolled in both institutions to collaborate with faculty members and research teams on a multidisciplinary research project.

Joint PhD Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Engineering

Master’s degree in respective discipline Engineering/Science with a minimum of 60% or CGPA 6.5 (on a 10-point Scale) with a GATE/NET score is mandatory.

OR

B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Plan or Equivalent Degree with a minimum of 70% marks or 7.5 CGPA (on a scale of 10) from an Institute of National Importance/CFTI with a valid GATE Score is required.

Eligibility Criteria for Medical

MBBS/BDS/MD/MS/MDS/DM/M.Ch/ BAMS/ BYMS/ BHMS/DNB in the subject concerned from a recognised university with 55% marks.

Eligibility Criteria for Nursing

M.Sc. Nursing qualification recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 55% marks (GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC) in their Master’s degree can apply.

Eligibility Criteria for Life Science

A Master’s Degree (two years course) awarded by Indian Universities or equivalent in the subject with 55% marks is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria for Non-Life Science

Qualification in non-life sciences subject (M.Sc., M. Pharma, M.A.(Psychology) and M.A. in Social work (Social Sciences) with 60% marks/6.5 CGPA is required.

Note: SC/ST/PwD candidates will get a relaxation of 5% in marks. Candidates should have their own fellowship from a national/state agency (CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR/GATE/etc) and or in-service candidates. The candidates must have completed the requisite qualification and degree on or before the closing date of application.

  • Applicants applying for multiple departments must submit the priority list of the choice of department duly signed on a plain paper
  • 10th and 12th Class Marksheet
  • Graduation Marksheets (All semesters)
  • Graduation Degree Certificate
  • Post Graduation Marksheets (All semesters)
  • Post Graduation Degree Certificate / Completion Certificate
  • GATE scorecard / NET qualified certificate & scorecard
  • Experience Certificate (if applicable)
  • NOC from an employer if employed
  • Publication details, if applicable
  • Copy of Fee Payment Receipt
  • Any other relevant documents

Applicants must submit separate processing fees if he/she wishes to apply to different departments. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
