Interested candidates can complete the online application and confirmation process at the official website, mahacet.org. The exams are tentatively scheduled for March 25 (M.HMCT) and March 30 (MCA) 2026.

The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra, has announced the final extension of the registration deadline for MAH MCA CET 2026 and MAH M.HMCT CET 2026 for the academic session 2026–27. This decision has been taken with the academic interests of students who have not yet completed their application process in mind.
As per the official notice, candidates can now complete their online registration and application form confirmation till February 23, 2026. Earlier, the registration process for both entrance examinations began on January 7, 2026. Students who are interested in pursuing the MCA and M.HMCT courses in Maharashtra are advised to complete the process before the extended deadline to avoid last-minute issues.

According to the tentative schedule, the MAH M.HMCT CET 2026 examination is likely to be held on March 25, 2026, while the MAH MCA CET 2026 is expected to take place on March 30, 2026. The CET Cell has clearly stated that this is the final opportunity for candidates to apply, and no further extensions are expected after this.

The authority has also informed applicants that generating an APAAR ID is mandatory. Candidates who have not yet created their APAAR ID must generate it through DigiLocker before filling out the application form. This step has been introduced to streamline the admission process and maintain accurate academic records.
