KLEE LLM 2024 First Stray Vacancy Round Announced, Registration Open till Jan 3

The KLEE LLM First round of Stray Vacancy Allotment to fill up the vacant seats after the seat allotment for admission to LLM Courses in the Government Law Colleges and Private Self-Financing Law Colleges for the year 2024-25 has started.

The schedule for the KLEE 2024 LLM allotment is given below:

• Registration starts: December 30, 2024
• Registration ends: January 3, 2025, 03.00 PM

Allotment and Institution Joining Schedule will be notified later.

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, had published the KLEE LLM 2024 Vacant Seat Provisional Allotment Result on December 23, 2024.

KLEE LLM Registration Fees for Seat Allotment

Candidates who wish to register options in stray vacancy seat allotment will have to pay separate registration fees to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. You can check the KLEE counseling process here.

• If you want to register options, you will have to remit registration fees of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only).
• Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OEC category and those candidates from Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home, and Sreechithra Home will have to remit Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as Registration Fee.

Rules in payment of Registration fees

• The KLEE registration fee has to be remitted by way of online payment. The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded.

• If a candidate gets an allotment and does not join within the stipulated time, the option registration fee will be considered a penalty and will not be refunded.

• Option registration fee of the candidates who quit the seats after taking admission will be considered a penalty and will not be refunded.

• Refund of the option registration fee for the eligible candidates will be made only after the completion of the allotment process and it will be notified.

Exceptions in Payment of Registration Fees

• Those who have already submitted options in the vacant seat allotment round but do not have any admission.

• Those who have already submitted options in vacant seat allotment round but do not have any allotment in vacant seat allotment.

How to Submit Options:

To submit the options, you must visit the official admission portal and then log in using your registered credentials. Then search for the “Stray Vacancy Allotment” section and select and rank your preferred colleges and courses. Once the selection is done, you can submit the form before the deadline.

Key Notes for Candidates:

• Seats will be allotted strictly based on merit and availability.
• Candidates must ensure their eligibility and upload the required documents for verification.
• Failure to submit options within the deadline will result in disqualification from the stray vacancy process.

General Rules of Stray Vacancy Allotment

Based on the following conditions, Candidates who have figured in the rank list of LLM Course 2024 and satisfy the eligibility criteria can register fresh options and participate in this phase of allotment.

• Those who have already been admitted will not be eligible to participate in this phase and subsequent phases of allotments.

• Those who have an allotment in vacant seat allotment will not be eligible to participate in this phase and subsequent phases of allotments.

• Probable vacancies due to category conversions will also be filled up in the stray vacancy allotment based on the options in this stray vacancy allotment.

• The seats received through stray vacancy allotment cannot be changed further at any instance.

• Candidates who are allotted a seat in the stray vacancy allotment (irrespective of the admission status) will not be eligible for any subsequent allotments.

• After the Stray Vacancy Allotment, if vacancies exist/arise, these vacancies shall be filled through the second round of Stray Vacancy Allotment. For this round, options registered by candidates during this round Stray Vacancy Allotment will not be considered.

• The allotment shall be subject to the final order/affiliation/approval of the Govt./University concerned.
