The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has opened option registration for the second round of stray vacancy allotment for LLM courses. This round applies to Government and Private Self-financing Law Colleges for the 2024-25 academic year. Steps to Register Options

1. Visit the official website: cee.kerala.gov.in.
2. Log in using the credentials provided during registration.
3. Pay the applicable registration fee if not already paid.
4. Select and lock options for the second round stray vacancy allotment.

Registration Fee Details

• General/OBC Candidates: ₹2,000
• SC/ST/OEC Candidates & Specific Categories: ₹500
  • Includes candidates from Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home, and Sreechithra Home.
• Payment Mode: Online only.

Note:

• Candidates who did not secure a seat in earlier allotments but paid the fee do not need to pay again.
• The fee is refundable if no allotment is made. However, it will not be refunded if a candidate is allotted a seat but fails to join.

General Guidelines

• Candidates already admitted or allotted seats in earlier rounds are ineligible for this phase.
• Vacancies arising from category conversions will also be filled during this allotment.
• Allotments made in this phase are final and cannot be altered.

Next Steps After Allotment

Candidates allotted seats in this round must report to the assigned college with original documents and remit the applicable tuition fee by the deadline to be announced. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of the seat.
