KIIT offers free education to COVID-19 deceased children of Odisha

The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) founder Achutya Samanta declared to provide technical and professional education free of cost to the COVID-19 deceased children in Odisha.

KIIT offers free education

COVID-19 deceased children can apply for different technical and professional courses of  KIIT, including ITI and Diploma Engineering. They should however make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria of the course.

This free of cost facility is available for two academic years 2020-21 and 2021-22. Children of COVID-19 deceased belonging to BPL, SC, ST, and SCBC categories, will be given preference while admission.

This move by KIIT will help the Odisha residents who are left helpless in the pandemic. There are millions who got affected and hence a worldwide panic is the consequence of the epidemic caused.

KIIT reached out to distressed people and proved to be a pride of Odisha.
