The provisionally selected candidates for UG/PG admission at Khallikote Unitary University must carry the original and Xerox copies of the following documents:

Original Board certificate and Mark sheet - cum - Provisional Certificate from the respective Council/Board.
Original College Leaving Certificate (CLC)/School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from the institution last attended.
Original Conduct Certificate from the institute last attended.
3 recent colour passport-size photographs.
Original ST/SC/OH/PH Certificate from the competent authority.
