Kerala NEET PG Round 3 Registration Deadline Extended

The Government of Kerala, through the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), has extended the option registration deadline for the third-phase allotment of PG Medical Courses (NEET PG) 2025. Candidates can now register their Round 3 counselling options until February 10, 2026, on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in.

According to the revised counselling schedule, the third phase provisional allotment for PG Medical courses will be published on February 12, 2026, based on the options submitted by candidates till the extended deadline. The final allotment list will be released on February 13, 2026. Candidates who are allotted seats in this round will be required to report and complete the joining formalities between February 14 and February 17, 2026, with the final joining deadline set at 4:00 PM on February 17.

CEE has also clarified that candidates who vacate their currently allotted seats after February 10, 2026, will not be eligible to participate in the third phase allotment or any subsequent counselling rounds. Notably, February 10, 2026, will serve as the final cut-off date for relinquishing admission without attracting any penalty.

In addition, the deadline for rectification of defects in uploaded documents has also been extended till February 10, 2026, 5:00 PM. The final revised rank list and category-wise lists will be published on February 11, 2026.
