Kerala NEET PG 2025 Phase 2 Allotment Begins

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala, has announced the commencement of the second phase of allotment for PG Medical Degree courses for the academic year 2025–26. As per the official notification, the option confirmation, deletion, and rearrangement facility is now available on the candidate portal at www.cee.kerala.gov.in from December 10 to December 17, 2025.

All candidates included in the State merit lists, both general and Service Quota, can log in to the PG Medical 2025 Candidate Portal to access their homepage and manage their higher-order options. CEE has clarified that option confirmation is mandatory for participation in the second phase. Candidates who do not confirm their options will not be considered for upgradation.

Those who were allotted seats in the first phase and joined the respective colleges can rearrange or delete only their higher options, as all lower options have been automatically removed. Candidates who were allotted seats but did not join within the stipulated time, or those who vacated their seats after joining, will not be eligible for Phase 2. Their registration fee will also be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded.

The tentative schedule includes publication of the provisional allotment on December 19, followed by the final allotment on December 20. Candidates allotted seats must report to their respective colleges between December 22 and December 28 (4 PM) with required documents and fees. Colleges must approve and submit admitted candidates’ lists through the OAMS portal by December 28, 5 PM.

CEE has noted that fresh option registration will only be available in the third and final phase. All admissions will be subject to regulatory recognition and university affiliation.
