How to Correct the KEAM 2026 Form?
- Candidates must log into the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal using their Application Number and Password.
- Once logged in, candidates can view their complete profile including personal details, nativity status, reservation claims, and fee concession eligibility.
- The portal displays all submitted information except NRI quota-related details, allowing candidates to verify accuracy before the deadline.
What Can be Corrected on the KEAM 2026 Form?
Candidates can identify defects in their application by clicking the "Memo Details" menu item on their profile page.
The system will display specific defects that need correction, such as missing nativity proof, incomplete reservation documentation, or discrepancies in personal information. Candidates can rectify these defects by uploading valid documents, updating their name, photo, or signature directly through the candidate portal before the May 10 deadline.
Only Keralite candidates are eligible for communal or special reservation and fee concession benefits as per prospectus provisions.
Candidates who have not been accorded nativity status as "Keralite" will not be considered for any reservation or fee concession, even if they have submitted other supporting documents.
Therefore, all candidates claiming reservation or fee concession must ensure their nativity proof is uploaded and verified through the portal, regardless of whether a specific memo has been issued.

What Engineering and Pharmacy Candidates Should Do
Engineering course candidates must qualify the entrance examination and submit their Plus Two (or equivalent) marks online within the stipulated time to be included in the Engineering rank list.
Only candidates who qualify in the Pharmacy entrance examination will be included in the Pharmacy rank list.
Candidates who have claimed eligibility for NRI quota will receive a separate opportunity to rectify defects later through the candidate portal, as per official announcements.

Documents or certificates sent to the CEE office through any mode other than the KEAM 2026 candidate portal will not be considered for any fresh claims or defect rectification.
All submissions must be made exclusively through the official online portal to ensure proper documentation and processing.
What’s Next for Students
After the May 10 deadline, CEE will finalize all candidate profiles and prepare the respective rank lists for engineering, pharmacy, and other courses.
Candidates who successfully verify and rectify their profiles will be eligible for the counselling process, which will determine their seat allocation based on merit and preferences.
Students are advised to complete the profile verification process immediately to avoid last-minute complications and ensure their eligibility for counselling and admission to their preferred courses.
