Lovely Professional University (LPU) has announced Phase 4 admissions for 2026 across undergraduate, postgraduate, and B.Tech programs.

Eligible candidates can now apply through the official admission portal at admission.lpu.in. The university has set May 20, 2026, as the final deadline for completing admissions across all programs.

LPU is conducting Phase 4 admissions for multiple program categories with varying eligibility and examination requirements.

For undergraduate programs (excluding B.Tech), direct admission is available without entrance examinations.

Postgraduate programs where LPUNEST is compulsory require candidates to register and appear for the entrance test. B.Tech/B.E admission requires LPUNEST qualification, with slot booking and examination scheduled in May 2026.

Postgraduate Phase 4 registration has commenced at lpu.in for various master's degree programs. For programs where LPUNEST is compulsory, candidates must register and appear for the entrance examination.

Slot booking for the online examination begins May 3, 2026, with the actual exam commencing May 4, 2026 onwards. Results are declared within 24 working hours of exam completion.

LPU Phase 4 B.Tech/B.E with LPUNEST Admission 2026 Process

LPUNEST Phase 4 registration for B.Tech and B.E programs is now live for eligible candidates. Online registration started April 26, 2026, with slot booking for the entrance examination beginning May 3, 2026.

Candidates can select their preferred examination date and time from May 4 onwards, subject to availability. The university recommends applying early to secure desired exam slots and avoid last-minute rush.

LPU Examination Format

LPU offers two examination modes for the LPUNEST: online remotely proctored exam from home (recommended by the university) and test centre-based examination. Candidates can choose the format that suits them best.

The remotely proctored exam is monitored live through artificial intelligence tools and invigilators to ensure exam integrity. Results are displayed within 24 working hours of exam completion.

After LPUNEST results are declared, qualified candidates proceed to online counselling and seat allocation rounds. Candidates must update their seat preferences during the designated counselling period.

Final allotment results are announced, followed by the admission confirmation process. The entire Phase 4 admission process must be completed by May 20, 2026, with subsequent phases conducted only if seats remain vacant.
