Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS Delhi PhD 2026
Candidates with MBBS or BDS degree with minimum 55% marks are eligible to apply for the PhD programme. Candidates with postgraduate qualifications such as MD, MS, MDS, DM, MCh, or Diplomate of National Board are also eligible. Candidates from non-medical backgrounds with a master's degree in relevant disciplines can apply. Candidates must have a valid fellowship or sponsorship from recognized institutions. There is no upper age limit for applying to the PhD programme.
