Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) has released the reporting schedule for provisionally selected candidates (up to the 4th round of counseling) for admission to PhD programs for the academic year 2024-25. Candidates have to report physically for verification of all testimonials and for final admission under the ICAR quota.

The documents required for admission at the time of physical reporting to the University are listed below:

Proof of date of birth (High School/Class X/Matriculation certificate)
Certificates and mark sheets from Class X, XII, and onward
Final year mark sheets/grade reports for UG/PG and PDC of qualifying exams
Admit Card issued by NTA
Computer-generated confirmation page of the online application submitted to NTA
ICAR Rank Card for eligible candidates
ICAR Allotment Letter for eligible candidates
Passport-size color photographs (same as uploaded on NTA)
Aadhaar card, Aadhaar Enrolment ID, passport, ration card, or any valid ID proof
Domicile certificate
Character Certificate from the last attended institution
SC/ST/OBC (NCL) and Gen-EWS category certificate
Medical certificate for PwBD candidates from a government hospital
Sponsorship Certificate/Declaration by Employer (for in-service candidates)
Transfer Certificate
